Bad lenses - no customer services - fob you off people

Useless back stabbing Con-artists . . . Only want your Money . . . I payed about £450 for an eye test, plus a pair of glasses, the glasses were out of focus, in one eye, when staring straight at the telly if I move my head to the left the right lense, would go out of focus, if I turned my head to the right the left lens was ok, bad quality lenses though he did say these were the best ? I took them back, and he said just keep wearing them for 2 hours you'll get used to them ? He totally ignored what I said to him . . So I phoned back a few weeks later and he said if you're not happy just bring them in sometime and I'll put flat lenses in for you instead . . . Unfortunately I do emergency work so haven't had time to go and see them it's been about a year iPhone them and said is there any chance you can honour what you said (considering it was the owner who sold me the glasses Mr Walters himself) I got a female manager giving me the third degree on how much time has gone by and what I should have done ? She was trying to fob me off, I said I don't mind paying for a new prescription but can you at least honour what you said ?... She kept avoiding the point that Mr Walters said ? that he would replace the lenses for free . . . she would not honour the agreement. She didn't listen either ? She was very insulting, she was trying to shine blame me about how much time it has been and what I should have done, etc etc ? I've worn these glasses for 2 hours ? So as a compliant customer I should throw £450 down the drain ? To keep her happy ??? What am I supposed to do with misshapen lenses ? Mr Walter's ? Is this customer service or victimization ??? I think everyone can see the truth . . .
