From order to delivery everything was perfect and straightforward. Luke the driver was so helpful.

I keep getting asked to leave reviews about my experience when I have already. My experience was awful, and I received a cheap and poor quality shed. I do not recommend this company, and despite what they responded in my previous message - I did contact them prior to my review but this wasn’t acknowledged or responded to.

Kept well informed dispite the very hot weather and my I stallation was delayed by a day. The fitters arrived the next day and worked till they had completed the job.

The overall look is great when finished, which took 3 of us 2 days. The issues. The internal roof truss is not long enough so it pulls in the top diagonals, some screws were missing (just the black ones), some wood was bent. The delivery came in 2 parts because they forgot the veranda on the first delivery. No instructions so had to download them. Customer service was great though. Windows easily mark because they are perspex. Some of the instructions were excellent some very vague.

Summerhouse delivered today by Neil..was pleased to receive text/email updates regularly after receiving my 2 hour window for delivery. Neil was super friendly, professional and carefully placed panels etc in a suitable place on my driveway.

Truly shambolic. Avoid Waltons at all costs.
I ordered a 5ft x 7ft shed with no windows through B&Q, fulfilled by their “trusted seller” Waltons. What actually arrived on 23 June bore almost no resemblance to what I paid for: wrong dimensions, windows fitted when I had explicitly ordered none, not even glazing in the windows that shouldn’t have existed in the first place, multiple components simply missing, and — for a roof — a single roll of felt. It was, frankly, unusable junk.
My 75-year-old father had travelled down from Manchester specifically to help me build it, and was devastated to see what had actually been delivered — a wasted trip he should never have had to make.
What followed was over five weeks of relentless, exhausting back-and-forth, fighting through Waltons’ own logistics portal despite providing clear photographic evidence from day one. Part of that time I was on holiday abroad in Turkey, and instead of relaxing I was stuck dealing with their emails and chasing this up. This wasn’t a minor mix-up they moved quickly to fix; it took repeated chasing and an explicit threat of small claims court action before anyone treated it with any urgency at all. The refund didn’t land until 29 July — more than five weeks after the original delivery, for a product that was wrong in almost every respect.
If you’re weighing up ordering from Waltons, take the negative reviews seriously — mine is further proof of how badly this can go, and how slow and drawn-out it is to get it resolved even when the fault is entirely on their side.
I won’t be using Waltons again, and I’d urge anyone else to think twice before they do.

Quick but careful delivery by a pleasant driver 👍

It is impossible to check at the reception if all the parts are there especially when there are 100s. It is up to the company to do a proper check before it leave the warehouse. Parts were missing so it tools 3 weeks before they were delivered. The wood stayed on the ground and they got all twisted. The plan is too complicated they need to do a video about the pent shed . I would not recommend this company to anyone . My builders too 1 day and 1/2 to build the shed to greater cost for me .
