The pieces from Wanderdoll are always exceptional quality, true to size and fit so so nicely. You can feel the work that’s gone into them when wearing and it gives you so much confidence because of the way these items compliment your shape. My last order I was delayed in trying on, and although I loved the dress the colour wasn’t my colour. Wanderdoll’s customer service team did everything they could to get a replacement over to me and I’m so so happy with the outcome. One happy girlie! Thank you x

I ordered a dress for an awards night and upon trying it on the satin didnt look as i had seen on pictures! I immediately messaged the insta page asking for tips and i got a reply instantly telling me how it should actually look! Really looking forward to wearing the dress for the event now it looks how it should!

Whenever I have an occasion to go the first website I look at is Wander doll. The way the dresses fit and feel is amazing. You can really tell how much effort and time has gone into designing these dresses. I have 2 dresses already and am about to order another for a wedding I have in August. I’m obsessed!

Very disappointing experience. My order was sent with an incomplete address, meaning I have had to wait almost three weeks for it to be redelivered. Throughout this time, I have emailed customer service four times and have not received a single response.
Because of the delay, I am now outside the returns window, and the returns portal won’t allow me to process a return—even though the delay was entirely due to their mistake.
Poor communication and poor customer service from start to finish. I would not recommend ordering from Wanderdoll based on my experience.

I also love how when they have new collections launching the release is normally imminent and doesn’t leave you hanging!

I ordered a dress and received an entirely different item. The dress I received was the wrong style and the wrong color from what I had purchased.
Because the item was shipped internationally, I also had to pay $54 in import duties to DHL before I could even discover that the wrong dress had been sent.
After reporting the issue, the proposed resolution changed multiple times. Initially, I was told that the correct dress would be sent once the incorrect item was returned. Later, I was instructed to return the dress and await a refund. I was then advised that refunds could take weeks or even months depending on the circumstances.
At one point, customer service specifically requested proof of the import duties I paid, which I promptly provided. Later, I was told that a refund had been issued “to cover the cost of duties paid.” However, the refund was only $20, which was the amount I had paid for shipping. The $54 duty charge was never reimbursed.
To be clear, Wanderdoll ultimately refunded the cost of the dress and the original shipping charge. My complaint is that I was left absorbing the $54 import duty cost that resulted from receiving the wrong item, despite providing documentation when requested and despite multiple changing explanations throughout the process.
Mistakes happen. What disappointed me was not that the wrong dress was shipped. It was the way the issue was handled afterward. There were several opportunities to resolve the matter through reimbursement, a credit, a discount on a replacement order, or another reasonable accommodation. None of those occurred.
Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about ordering internationally from this company.
I’ve recently purchased a dress which was rejected and sent back. I’ve sent around 6 emails to Customer Service website and haven’t received not a single reply. Contacted through Instagram but they said they are unable to help. What should I do ? My order number #158959

I was unable to return my items back in time of the returns window but with the kind help from customer service manager, Gary, I was given a goodwill gesture of store credit instead of wasting the beautiful dresses that were of no use to me, many thanks. Unfortunately, my parcel went missing, and the customer service has been extremely disappointing. I have tried contacting the company multiple ways: by email, through their website enquiry form, and by messaging Wonder Doll on Instagram.
I have received no response whatsoever to my emails or the web form. The only reply I received was on Instagram, where I was simply told to send another email, despite already having done so.
I’m now around £100 out of pocket for a parcel I never received, and I still haven’t had any meaningful assistance or resolution. I understand that delivery issues can happen, but the complete lack of effective customer support is unacceptable. I hope this review encourages the company to improve how they deal with customers when things go wrong.

I purchased a dress online which came through and it wasn’t quite as expected. I returned this immediately which has been tracked and delivered however they’re not answering any of my communications for a refund. I haven’t had any response nor communication to say it’s being processed. Their communication is terrible.
Wouldn’t buy from them again. Looks like others have the same problem. Never buying again.

Terrible experience with Wonderdoll. My order was cancelled after nearly two weeks, and the package never even arrived. Despite this, I only received a partial refund and lost the shipping costs. Now I’m expected to pay around €20 for a shipment I never received and didn’t cancel myself.
Completely unfair and unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering from this store.
