“Waoo Fritid” needs to improve customer experience
On reactivation of a sleeping subscription (mind you, a “sleeping” subscription that you still have to pay a monthly fee for, believe it or not, even though you do not get anything in return) you are forced to browse through upgrade alternatives. Totally uninteresting and customer unfriendly when you just want to reactivate your previous subscription at your summer house. If you do not press “change” even though you do not want to change from your previous subscription, the reactivation process stops. It does not make sense at all. The person who designed this dialog should be fired. Also, the fact that an internet company needs three days to activate your sleeping account in 2024 is ridiculous, this is something that the customer should be able to do himself on the fly by way of sms or app. I am from Norway and I am used to better solutions. I also believe the waoo subscription is too expensive for the basic connection you get. There seems to be a lack of competition in the Danish market

I am sorry, that you do find our self-service page difficult.
This information I have noted and sent to the right department.
Often, the connection will be activated the same day, when you use our self-service platform, but sometimes there is a higher execution time, why the 3 days is informed.
As to the price, we have decided, that our customers should have the possibility to pause their connection at a reduced prise, when they aren't in their summerhouse, to save a little in this period. This i a function that only Waoo provides in the danish market.
Therefore there could be a little to save, if you use this function, when the summerhouse is empty.

If you're waiting to get fiber installed in your housing, there will be up to 2 months deliverytime.
