Servizio post vendita scadente

Servizio post vendita scadente. Ho acquistato due articoli che non mi hanno soddisfatto. Volevo restituirli e mi accorgo che sul mio account (i miei ordini) dei due articoli ricevuti solo uno risultava restituibile. Ho chiesto spiegazioni e solo dopo diversi giorni ho ricevuto una risposta, nemmeno pertinente con la problematica. Quando vogliono rispondo subito altrimenti prendono tempo per far scadere i giorni limite per la restituzione. Non comprerò più su questo sito.

Parziale rimborso del reso

Ho attivato la procedura di reso per palese difetto di fabbrica. Ho rispedito il pacco a mie spese, concordando con il venditore il rimborso anche delle spese di spedizione per il reso. Il venditore ha rimborsato solo l'importo del prodotto, rifiutando di rifondere anche le spese di spedizione (come invece concordato e come sarebbe naturale, visto il difetto del prodotto).
