BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! Placed an order on 4/17/24 and to this day still have not received it. Contacted customer service via email many times and they continue to say it’s on the way. I have a tracking number for my order however, that is showing that it is still waiting to be picked up by carrier and it’s been showing that for a month now. This is ridiculous! If I could give zero stars, I would have!
Amazing customer service. I found the company though instagram and message them right away. They were kind enough to send me pictures of everything I was interested in to see it in more detail. They were also kind enough to send me things that were not in their website yet and helped me make a decision.
Once I made the order it was shipped the next business day and arrived from Spain to Denmark in less than a week.
The knit is even more beautiful in person, the packaging was also really beautiful without being wasteful. The quality is really good so the price is fair. It’s handmade so I absolutely love all the little ‘imperfections’ on the piece. Honestly I highly recommend if you’re looking for something unique.
