Avoid, poor communication and poorly advised. 6 yrs of stress wasted.

Ryan Lowe you've done an incredible job taking on my personal injury case. I wanted to say a massive thank you for the support you given me. Your work plan from start to finish is so great and organised.
Easy to communicate and very professional to work with.

My personal injury claim was paid but didn't receive a penny.

Dave Glover is by far the best man for the job. From the start he handled everything with efficiency and professionalism and eased my mind and made the whole process trouble free. He always responded within 24/48 hours and nothing was even a bother.
Everything i received was explained in detail and i was kept updated throughout. I never felt he was only working to gain financially themselves, it was all about what they are doing for me and went above and beyond.
I would 100% recommend.

Made an injury claim but the process took nearly a year before they declined to take the case on. We made so many statements, provided so many photos, 4 different contacts were assigned to us, our impression was that they were soft on our claim, and maybe the claim wasn’t substantial enough.
Would not recommend this company for a genuine injury claim.

Complete and total lack of urgency
The first thing they tell you is they charge over £300.00 per hour.
These solicitors have proved themselves to be very poor in terms of response time.
The service I received was nothing short of disgraceful.
My wife broke her foot outside a showroom window.
Two and a half years later they basically say we have not got a strong case because they cannot find who to go after and that it`s less than 50/50 that we can win.
My wife broke her foot and I have no case!!!
I have lost count of how many different solicitors have had this case file.
Every couple of months a new solicitor has the case as the prior one has left!
They get though more solicitors than my local cafe does with waitresses.
Now they tell me to find new solicitors that may want to take this case on.
Emailed all the top 3 directors in my last email, and not one single response.
I`m now left with no claim going forward and no solicitor that wants to help.
I hope that this review saves someone else the time, stress, headache and heartache that these solicitors caused us.
I also say not even worthy of one star!
Would not recommend these solicitors at all.
