Renewing my policy
I emailed to enquire about renewing my policy and was contacted by Tia 90 minutes later.
A few simple questions and formalities and I was covered for another 3 years in 15 minutes.
She was polite, knowledgable and made the process very simple and pleasant.

Amazing Customer Service - Chantelle French

Avoid - save yourself a battle if you ever need to claim
Fabulous and friendly staff when they are trying to sell you a package or extended package.
Reality is - once in, they don’t answer the phone, don’t respond to e-mails and when they do, they do not show decent customer service or human kindness.

I have been with these for the past 3 years and within three months of joining had a major breakdown which cost an arm and a leg but they paid with no hassle at all and i picked the garage i had to pay a share towards it but they certainly softened the blow with what they paid so i have gone with them again for another three years at the same cost as three years ago, fantastic value and highly recommend them to anyone.
