Outstanding service from Warranty People – especially Waseem

I had a really great experience with Warranty People while arranging boiler cover. From start to finish, the process was smooth, clear, and stress-free.

A special mention has to go to Waseem, who was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure.

He answered all my questions honestly and made sure the policy suited my needs rather than trying to upsell anything unnecessary. It’s refreshing to deal with a company where customer service genuinely feels like a priority.

The pricing was fair, the cover was well explained, and the whole experience left me feeling confident and looked after. Highly recommend Warranty People - and if you get the chance to speak with Waseem, you’ll be in very good hands.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company.
They also trade under the name Warranty People.
Their engineers will try to convince you your boiler needs replacing. Their engineers are not allowed to undertake any repairs without their so called specialist team reviewing their recommendations that if accepted can take weeks.
Their so called specialist team are office workers intent on finding any excuse to tell you your policy doesn't cover work required.
My experience
First engineer two out of the five radiators on the first floor are not heating up because the boiler needs changing and power flush required. Not covered in my policy
Second engineer found filling tack empty as ball valve stuck and excessive air had entered the system.
Didn't remove air from the system. Still two radiators not heating up.
Third engineer came out and I informed him I had to bleed the system out myself from the self venting values in the loft which I had to close back up as they continued to leak when left open as they should be.
He informed his so called specialist team they needed replacing and they after a week informed me they considered in contradiction to the engineer that they wasn't considered being essential to the heating system so wouldn't be replaced.

No Pay out!

I needed a repair, they said the boiler was not economical to repair and needed about £400 spent. They offered me nothing, however if the repair had been £200 they would have paid. I do not understand why they could not contribute this £200 towards the boiler repair even if they then would not want to continue my cover. Basically for an old boiler you are paying a premium for next to no cover and for a serious repair they pay nothing, how can this be fair? I paid for the repair and on needing a service on this same boiler in October 23 was told by the new gas engineer my boiler had not been properly serviced for many years. Interesting I was with Warrenty People for 3 years! I was told Pressure safety valve jammed, ignition leads bent, air valve leaking, solenoid buzzing, heat exchange overheating as system never cleaned. If you want your system maintained and to last a long time do not choose this company, also not for old boilers where they will refuse based on their assumption of uneconomic to repair, despite me paying higher premium for boiler because of its age. I am a landlord with over 10 properties with over 20 years experience! Complete waste of money.

Have a policy with this company…

Have a policy with this company warranty people hose them for a boiler service which was done 3 months in to my plan
Had to call upon my policy as. My boiler stopped working I made a claim engineer came within hours and fixed the problem and also gave me tips
Andrew chapman was my engineer 10 stars for him 😄

Not trustworthy company

Never buy any boiler break down cover they’re known for fraudstars I’ve had a
very bad experience took a policy with them for 12 months contract and paid £23.48p per month they sent out some clown who will come and blame on your boiler would say you need a new boiler because they can’t get hold of any parts it’s not true. you can buy the parts because they have no interest of fixing your boiler. they will fixed your boiler only if you pay them money for a small job prv valve company has called me up and asking me to pay £396.50p Evan I had my boiler break down insurance cover with them this is a scam beware of this fake! company.

Was looking for a policy an came across…

Was looking for a policy an came across your company and asked for a call back an within seconds a young man called Waseem did.
He was very clear polite an spoke clearly an explained to us what was covered on each policy.
So thx to Waseem we have taken out a policy.
So thank you Waseem

happy customer called upon my policy…

happy customer called upon my policy which i took out with warranty people had a plumbing issue 3 in the morning called to make a claim got bokked in for amd engineerr he turned up a few hours later did a great job coupdnt be happier

When I call to say my heating wasn’t working the operator was extremely helpful. I was told that an engineer would call within 24 hours to arrange to come to my property to fix the issue. The engineer came following morning and were able to get my heating back up and running very quickly.
