Incredible experience
When I ordered the bracelet from Warren James I thought ouch with the price but shes 21 so its a special occasion and when it arrived I opened the beautiful box and I genuinely amazed at how absolutely beautiful it was. Will definitely be ordering more stuff. X

As a gift for my mother
As a gift for my mother, i ordered bracelet ( + free necklace) and earrings. On delivery, no earrings were included despite being itemised on packaging note. Disappointed that, despite raising this issue as a complaint yesterday, I've had neither an acknowledgement or a reply. Always thought WJ was good and decent value but first experience of buying on line will be my last.

I placed an order for a ring over a week ago, and received an order confirmation along with an expected delivery date. Since then I have received no communications whatsoever.
I have emailed on three separate occasions requesting an update on my order and have not received a single response or even an acknowledgement that my emails have been received. I also contacted the Stockport store, and was given an alternative email address to try, and unfortunately, that email has also gone unaswerred.
The ring was purchased for an important event soon. The lack of communication has caused considerable frustration and uncertainty. Whilst delays can happen, what is far less acceptable is the complete absence of customer service and the inability to obtain a simple update on an order. If Warren James read this, I would appreciate a prompt update regarding the status of the order. (11/8/26)
