Worst pastry had the veg wasn't cooked had a medium one if they call that a medium dread to think what a cocktail one be and for what they charge there are other companies that are cheaper and are bigger in size

Won't be having a Warren's one again

The most awful pain a raisin at Gatwick North, dense, solid, almost impossible to bit into. Inedible. Stay well clear. Poor staff working under huge pressure.

I bought a pack of scones at the St Just shop this week.
A big mistake. Although they were within their sell by date they were completely stale. Hard, tasteless and very expensive.

Gatwick North terminal has a very underperforming bacon roll for £5; small, cheap bacon - just poor value. Plus cash payments only on this particular day.

Went to Trago shopping ,thought we would buy Iced chelsea bun to take home, what a mistake . They must have been 3 days old ,it was like eating saw dust. At least the birds got a feed.Not cheep very disappointed.

Gatwick north terminal. “Terminal” is about right. Worst sausage roll I’ve ever had. So bland I was worried I had covid! Fortunately I could smell the potato wedges, which were just about adequate.

My husband has been asking for a tunis cake for the last 5 years, and this year I found this one.
WOW,it was so tasty,light sponge with a hint of lemon,chocolate ganache and a hard chocolate shell.
Packaged beautifully and spot on delivery.
My husband said it was better than he remembered and he loved it.Thankyou I will be placing an order next year too.

These are the worst pasties I have ever had and the worst delivery service too. The 1st lot came already defrosted I had to throw them out and when I complained over the phone they offered to send a replacement lot. You would think that would be sorted but no. The 2nd lot tasted absolutely vile the worst pasties ever and I complained via email. A very confused man telephoned me and thought that I was sent vegan pasties by mistake and sent the 3rd batch. They arrived today completely defrosted (again) I think after three attempts I've had enough of Warrens's Bakeries.

I have a fussy eater child whose one of safe food is pasty. At lunch time I run and bought him a pasty from the Warren Torpoint brunch and took it to his school. After school I saw that pasty was almost intact. I got crossed with my 6 years old and asked why he did not eat it, he said it was too much pepper!. Me and my husband tried but it was inedible! Too much salt and pepper. I had lots of pasties in my life but this is the first one is literally inedible. Poor child tried to eat it but spat it out each time. I am keeping the pasty in the fridge in case somebody want to check it! What kind of business serving food to the public doesn’t taste the seasoning? When I am cooking I am tasting the food several times! Shame on you Warren Pasties!

Bakery in cambs services. Visited today . excellent service . polite and sociable staff. Lovely food. Above and beyond normal service station staff. Well done. Will revisit any time passing.

Warren’s Bakery-Peterborough Services: Poor quality food for the price, even compared to other eateries within the same Services complex, the food was tasteless and they didn’t even provide any sauces or even buttered the bun. Seem like the corporation’s business model is to provide the food for the least cost, instead of having any integrity for the product they provide, and profit solely for the convenience. They would never survive if they had to compete for customers in the real restaurant world.

We ordered an xl and normal breakfast, it arrived lukewarm, an egg was not
Cooked properly and still had clear yolk🤮,the xl breakfast had less hash browns and no tomatoes, sausages were not browned and very cheap and nasty someone said don’t understand poor reviews, poor reviews because I expect something that resembles the very obviously photoshopped picture on their display board give it a wide swerve, and if you don’t then stock up on loo roll you’re going to need it 🤢🤮🤢🤮

Hi,We we’re alarmed to read so many negative reviews about this old Cornish pasty company,so we tried the food yesterday at their North Devon shop.
All I can say is that the quality freshness and taste was excellent and we just cannot understand why this company has attracted such a high level of poor reviews,because in our experience their Barnstaple North Devon Warrens shop is first class and we thoroughly recommend their food.

WENT INTO HELSTON & STOPPED TO BUY SAFFRON BUNS & FILLED DOUGHNUTS, SPENT OVER £20.00 THERE & TO GET HOME & FIND THEY WERE OLD & STILL FROZEN I DO NOT EXPECT TO GO INTO A BAKERY & HAVE FROZEN FOOD & NOT BE TOLD ABOUT THIS BECAUSE IF I WAS I WOULD NEVER HAVE BOUGHT ANYTHING JUST SHUT THE SHOP IF YOU ARE GOING TO KEEP SERVING THIS CRAP!!!!

Went to get a coffee and some lunch ready for my evening shift at warrens in derriford hospital last night and was presented with a young man who’s name on the badge he was wearing were called dean what an absolutely rude arrogant and cocky guy he is an absolute disgrace someone like him is representing not only warrens but derriford hospital he spoke to me like I was a kid shouting where I could and could not stand eventfully after he finger pointed my spot to wear to stand I accidentally moved the sign that was there an easy mistake to make I’m sure we’ve all done it but as I attempted to move this sign back into place he litterly jumped down my throat and said this is why the sign is the way it is laughed at me in front of other customers came and move it to where he wanted it then tutted at me on his way back to his cashier then said STUPID IDIOT I was completely gobsmacked at this persons attitude I stood there for few seconds wondering if I heard correctly I’m a regular customer on my night shift there and the girls are awesome but this guy DEAN needs to be seriously sacked if I could give zero stars I honestly would

Went into Warrens in
Penzance never met any body so rude brought 3 sausage rolls and they were not cooked properly , took them back and one of the staff members was so rude about me returning the sausages rolls and said they were cooked fine and fed up with people keep complaining about her sausage rolls I asked if she could put them into the oven longer and she replied that her ovens were turned off I asked for my money back and she refused
I will not be eating there again! I have phoned the head office and will be hearing from them today if I don’t hear anything else from them I will be taking it further

Disgusting produce purchased at your store at cambridge services today. To say that it was stale would be an understatement. At 8.45 on a Saturday morning in what is obviously a brand new store with a manager and some other bod discussing at length how the sandwiches should be displayed I really think you need to focus on the quality of the food you serve. This was disgusting. Stale, hard, fridge cold. We had a pain aux raisin and a pain aux chocolat. How is it possible to not cook these fresh on the day. I am so angry that we purchased these at a whopping £2.10 each. And left to eat on the way. Looking forward to out tasty breakfast snacks we tucked in and could barely bite through the chewy pastry. Flavourless and dry.

Very disappointing. How can you knowingly rip people off like this.
