Resolved a delivery issue promptly
Placed an order which required the parcel being redirected to a collection point. Unfortunately the courier messed up and put the label on the wrong parcel which meant the box I received had the wrong items in it. Spoke to the customer service team who resolved the issue promptly and I received my goods only a day late. Excellent service from Washington Vapes, sadly poor service from DPD.

2nd time ordering online now and same first class experience. I use the clearance section and its 2nd to none for value. My order was placed around 9.30pm on a weds night and by friday 2.30pm my order was at collection point. I mean how quick for free postage as I spent over £20. Order was packaged really well. Basically now got qaulity vapes at an amazing price last me ages until my next order. Can't really praise this place any higher. Highly recommended and I wouldn't order anywhere else. 5*+
