I took in a tired 50 year old watch with more sentimental value than financial worth. I dreaded what repairing it might cost. Marc was knowledgeable, personable and reassuring. Instead of the most expensive solution he sought a the best solution. He clearly made the lowest quote for me and did extra work that he did not charge for. His attention to detail and customer care was off the scale. I would highly recommend

Both myself and my dad wanted our watches looked at, my dad wanted his strap refurbished and tightened up. I wanted my Rolex datejust serviced and fixed, I had previously been quoted £1600 for this as the watch is a 1980s model.
Marc came and met myself and my dad when we was in the area and couldn’t have been more accommodating.
They took the watch and my dads strap fixed them both for a lot less than I had been quoted, were incredibly friendly and I would not hesitate to take my watches to them again. First class service.

The Watch Agency is a quality company. Their website is perfectly designed and easy to order. Offers a variety of watches and prices for quality watches. The handling of my order was quick and I was kept informed about tracking and dates of delivery during the whole shipping period of my parcel.

I contacted the Watch Agency and spoke to Marc regarding our TAG watches which needed batteries and a clean. When the watches returned they looked new. Very pleased with the final result and would definitely recommend and use them again.

Sent my watch through via post. It arrived and Mark sent it back to me within a week. My watch was badly scratched all over and with it being titanium a bit of a pain to polish out. It came back to me looking brand new. I was amazed how good it looked. I would recommend The Watch Agency to anyone. Fantastic service.

Broke the bezel on my Rolex Sub. Spoke to Marc and ensured me it wouldn’t be a problem and to send it in special delivery. I posted it Wednesday, called Thursday and we spoke about the fix and had a good chat in general. Watch is back in my wrist Friday morning. Good as new, super happy. Couldn’t have been a more wonderful experience. Thanks guys.
