Been over three weeks for an £38 order, no arrival, no reply to my emails

Absolutely awful customer service,they sent my order to the wrong address and countless emails go unanswered,a month I've waited and my item is still apparently with royal mail but they won't chase it up and refuse to give me a refund,
Avoid this company

Ordered a NATO strap from their website 4th June, no tracking number, item never showed up. Chased them on 13th June, they told me the item had not shipped yet, so I requested that they cancel my order. It's now 27th June, no response or refund from the store. I've raised a chargeback with via my card provider. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a strap 8 days ago. No update, no reply to email, no tracking. For an online only business?

Item ordered did not arrive. Went via Paypal to claim and they said Watch and Clock had not replied but they had and second item sent in post no fuss.
Excellent service would use again and recommend to all.

Great service from this website, wasn't sure of the exact strap size I needed, so used the online chat and was guided to the right product.

Delivery was as advertised and price was competitive, would definitely use them again.

I spoke with Andy on the online chat , he gave me great advise about the Strapcode watch bracelet i wanted.

Very very slow aftersale support, takes literally weeks to respond and does not take action. Very disappointing.

Here you can buy Strapcode articles for way cheaper than from Strapcode directly with several discount codes. You get free, non trackable, EU VAT prepaid shipping, which is good. But the contact is a little bit too slow for my liking. If this would be improved, i would have given 5 stars. Kind regards!

I have used watch and clock parts on 3 occasions and they have been perfect on all 3 occasions. I always do my research and try and find the best value for money. I now no longer look around because I now know I will not get a better service and price anywhere else. I cannot praise them enough.

They were great , authentic omega watch strap and buckle to Australia no problems

Bought a movement in April. After a few months in which they said that the one they had in stock was broken and would search the suppliers for another one they said they would refund me. This was on the 2nd of June and it's now the 28th of August. They haven't replied to any emails since then.

Avoid this company. I ordered a watch strap and buckle, it took a week to arrive, then I decided I wanted to return it. I emailed several times, minimal contact, then wouldn’t refund me despite receiving the goods back. Use Watch Obsession who have superb customer service instead. Got my refund through PayPal eventually, as they didn’t reply to them either. WatchObsession is a five star alternative!

Purchased a Strapcode deployment clasp from this internet-based company. Paid extra for expedited delivery, 2-4 days. After a week I contacted them to ask where my item was. The reply was they would get back to me within 24 hours. Chased them up a few days later and heard nothing. Reported them to Paypal as goods not received and emailed them and cancelled the order. Still not heard from them. Very poor service and communications.
