I saw a watch on the Watchclub website which I knew would be in high demand. I rang them and within 30 minutes I was sitting with Andrew looking at the watch.
He was attentive, professional and was clearly focused on giving me the time and opportunity to make the right decision.
The watch was in superb condition accompanied by the necessary paperwork to prove its provenance.
Needless to say I decided to purchase this beautiful Rolex and Andrew made it easy to make the necessary payment.
A great experience all round and I would unreservedly recommend Watch Club as to receive high quality attention and service.

He is a man who is very professional, honest and knowledgeable. I was very happy to put my trust in him. Less than 24 hours later a very well-packaged, beautiful watch is delivered to my door. What an amazing place!!

Customer service from start to finish was absolutely magnificent. I purchased a 41mm Datejust for myself on Sunday afternoon and the very kind gentleman called Justin was very detailed and clearly knew lots about watches! He taught me about the history of the watch, changed the link size, allowed me to inspect the watch with an eye piece and waited patiently while I tried to make a decision on the Airking or Datejust. Not to mentioned complementary beverages and chocolates incase you fancy something sweet.

I would highly recommend going to this place if you are looking for a luxury watch.

The staff were very professional and service is exactly what you would hope for given the setting and postcode. High quality, knowledgeable staff and very willing to assist. I don't want to shout it from the rooftops as the 2nd hand watch market is sparse enough already!

A Rolex watch had always been in my wish list and whilst in London I found the perfect one at the Watchclub. I did not feel any pressure to buy the watch and, in fact, left the shop only to return later. The member of staff I dealt with couldn’t have been more accommodating or helpful. The bracelet was sized to fit me and he went through every check to show me that the Rolex was as described. I felt that they took a pride in the watches in stock and wanted you to share their enthusiasm. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Exceptional experience from the moment I first enquired by telephone. I received a warm welcoming response and they were able to share details of the watch I was interested in, and I immediately placed a deposit and picked up the watch the following day.
