After searching the Watches of Henley St website for a pre owned ladies Rolex, my wife and I paid a visit to the shop in Birmingham. We found that the advice we received was extremely friendly and helpful. We are extremely happy with the watch we eventually selected. I wouldn’t hesitate to visit the shop again.

Visited this Saturday and bought a Rolex for my wife. There was lots of choice in the store and that helped us make a difficult decision on the style/colour and nothing was too much trouble. The team were knowledgeable and inspired confidence and the guarantee of 3 years, plus box and papers make this a solid and trusted purchase. Whilst there the team even adjusted my own Rolex bracelet for me and provided valuable advice. I will definitely return for watch servicing as the ricing is great and this is a team I feel I can trust. Thanks

I took my Cartier watch to their shop in the Birmingham jewellery quarter. Found the staff to be friendly professional and knowledgeable. Sold my watch to them and was paid promptly.

They made sure I was happy with my final purchase after I kept changing my mind. !! You could not find a better choice anywhere. Would thoroughly recommend them if you were looking to buy.

I purchased a Rolex watch for my wife, unfortunately it wasn’t for her, it was a beautiful watch well packaged and received it the next day, I contacted watches of Henley Street, Jordan couldn’t be more helpful in regards to returning the watch, if you want a pre owned quality watch this is the place, once again thank you Jordan.

A few months back I left my Rolex with WOHS for a service and polish. The watch was promptly serviced and returned looking like new. All was well until I experienced issues with the watch repeatedly stopping. Upon contacting WOHS I was incredibly surprised by their extremely positive and professional attitude in resolving the issue; they took full and immediate responsibility for resolving the problem without any question whatsoever. Unfortunately, the issues continued and I needed to return the watch to them numerous times over the coming months. You could argue that this should not have happened and WOHS should be criticized for this; however this is not the case. I was blown away by their commitment and incredible sense of customer service in resolving this issue; I have never experienced such a level of support and sense of ownership that they displayed. They are an incredible testament to what customer service should be. Despite the issues with my watch service, I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to others. They were a pleasure to deal with and their level of professionalism was exceptional. If only all companies operated at this elevated level of customer service!!!!

Been in a couple of times with my Rolex firstly for a polish and thought it needed a service which was tested and assured me it was absolutely fine and didn’t need it which was nice also had a link out the bracelet and finally a screw kept coming loose in the link which was repaired in no time.
Absolutely incredible service and highly recommend without doubt.

Excellent service yet again

Well I ve been searching for a particular watch for some time and of course at the right price I found "the one" on WOH. Site and left a message. They could not be more helpful and sent me a video of the watch concerned.Of course I was a bit nervous of doing quite a large transaction on line - but after researching I used the secure payment platform.
The watch arrived and it did not disappoint.

Went to chat about ladies Rolex as a new customer to the brand and more than helpful.

Offer poor prices on buying watches yet would sell them for way way more. Wouldn’t waste time trying there. The guy always seems uninterested, can tell from his facial expressions. Been on three different occasions and p1ss poor offers on Rolex watches.

I sold 3 watches to Watches of Henley Street. I was struggling to achieve what I felt was a fair price from other dealers locally but Jordan & Grace were brilliant. No back and forth, or haggling. A perfect transaction. Definitely recommend. Thanks again.
