After I bought the watch online there’s no confirmation email to notify on the shipment of the watch and I had to chase up for response. When I finally got ahold of someone I was then booked an appointment to pick up the watch but again there’s no appointment confirmation email. I tried calling within listed operating hours to find out more about the location but many times there were no pick up. I had to search online to find the store. On the actual day of the appointment I was told to wait in front of a building and someone would pick me up to go to actual office. I waited for around 10 minutes outside the building when it was pouring heavily that day. It wasn’t until the end when I got the box and paper and watch that I was told not all bracelet links were included.

Given the price of the watch wasn’t super competitive, with the subpar overall experience I wouldn’t return again nor would I recommend them.

Great Service and interaction during my 1st experience with watchfinder.

There were mistakes in the delivery process which disappointed me quite a bit at the beginning. But their recovery was good and I was satisfied upon finalizing my purchase.

I've made several purchases from Watchfinder and all have been efficient and the service was great. HOWEVER, I thought I would get a quote for selling one of my watches. In short, don't waste your time getting an offensive quote. I know they are there to make money, but the quote I got was 50% of what I could sell the watch for and about a third of the price they would be selling it for on their site!
