My second time to deal with Watchfinder, and I wish to say a big thank you to the team for a perfect transaction. I am British but currently stuck in China, But the team were able to handle payment, and shipping to me here. I’m very impressed and very happy, thank you Watchfinder.

All very good, please search more hot item except rolex, and price also little bit high ~

1. Watch delivery was very slow; The watertightness of the PP watch was only found in failure after I pay full amount;
2. Nearly no margin on price negotiation;
3. No instant contact method and response with sales staff;
4. Require full payment to hold the watch, no matter it is hot or not;
5. The 14 day return policy was only valid before I pick up the watch, which means that I need to take immediate full test at the shop to ensure I can get my money back in case the watch is problematic;
6. Overall experience is much worse than major competitor, who offer:
a. through checking was done before the watch was put up for sale;
b. wider margin on price negotiation, sometimes expect my expectation;
c. I can contact the sales staff and sometimes get response even at midnight;
d. Can hold a watch with normally 10-20% deposit, or put down a watch in exchange;
e. 14 day return after I pick up the watch;
f. Much better overall experience, more aggressive in doing deals.

Bought a "1972" Heuer sports watch from WF in April. Overall, communication is perfect. My customer representative is very polite and attentive. Excellent customer services.

The catch is I dont believe WF has many experience with so call vintage watches without papers. I think it will be great if they can improve their product descriptions for the watch to avoid unnecessary confusions and frustrations for the customer. Yes there is a 14 days money back but who has the time to spare on guessing what they are going to get baced on a limited information product descriptions.

Scratch on crystals not mention.
Seconds hand of chronograph but spot on at 12.
Sold As Is wasnt mentioned on their ad.
I was told WF check all watches function and cleaned the product before resale. My watch is running around 90seconds in 3 days. Yes old watch, yes 2 years service so Buy AS IS should be mentioned. cosmetic conditions should be included to save each other's time.

Exchange process was a bit of a mess. The offer for multiple trade in items has no descriptions only the watch you are buying but not the piece ur selling.

Overall, I believe WF is a great company great service but lots of room to improve customer experience particularly on older watches.

I had a very good experience with Watchfinder. Andrew of the Hong Kong office was very helpful and professional. The watch was sent to HK and then I was able to view it. Andrew helped me understand how Watchfnder authenticates watches (and told me about the return policy should I seek a second opinion that turned out differently). The watch was in great condition and I was offered a fair price. I'm enjoying the watch. A big thanks to Andrew

It’s my first time purchasing through WatchFinder Hong Kong office. The Sales & Purchasing Advisor, Bowie Lee, was prompt, helpful and accurate in answering my enquiry on the watch I was interested.
Delivery was on time through trusted courier and packaging was excellent with necessary protection required to hold time piece within securely.
Watch received in expected serviced condition as advertised.
However, noted case back was left unpolished with signs of scratches.
Price was reasonable but could do better with import tax to take into consideration.
Overall, experience was great.

The experience was very satisfactory. The watch was promptly sent to Hong Kong and Ms. Bowie Lee made the purchase experience smooth and efficient.

Great service. The watch took about a week to ship from UK to HK. Their showroom is nice. Got a nice bottle of cold water and allowed me to slowly check the watch. The watch came with more that what I've expected. There was a sales agent's card from Singapore, the box, the papers, receipt from service in Hong Kong.
However, their entrance is a little hard to find. They should give directions on the website or in their email. Entrance was the back of Panerai. I got there a little bit early, but Panerai wasn't opened yet and the sales was a bit hesitant to let me in.

Fantastic service from the team in Hong Kong. The watch I purchased is like new.
