I ordered an alligator strap on Friday afternoon in the week between Christmas and New year, fully expecting delivery in about three or four days. It arrived the next morning. Superb service. Oh, and it's a lovely strap as well and my wife is delighted with it.

Gary and the guys at Watch Obsession are just fantastic to work with, even when buying an Omega watch sight-unseen from a different country. They are consummate professionals and made sure everything was in perfect order when shipping the watch half-way around the world, took care of things right up until it was on my wrist, and all for a price that nobody else could beat. If anybody is thinking about buying anything online, especially big purchases, have no fear...you won't do any better. I'll be back for sure. Oh, and the watch is simply beautiful. Thanks again!

Chris B has been extremely helpful - picked up on the comment I left with my order and advised that the strap and clasp I ordered wouldn't work together. Fast forward a few emails (with me being indecisive) and he sorted everything for me, and was patient the whole time.

Finding the site was my first stroke of luck, the website and selection is incredible , I had to limit myself to buying 7 items 😬, considering the time of year I expected to receive my goods after Christmas but deliver was faster than a 'Rat up a drainpipe ' !
