Usual large company problems
Usual large company problems, call centres, messing around on the phone for hours, issues go unresolved for months or even years, be very careful if you pay by DD as huge overcharging mistakes are not uncommon, speaking to the same person twice is impossible .. not that they listen anyway, monthly billing for commercial customers and miss a bill and get a £40 fine .. that could be over a 100% of the actual bill .. I’m not sure that’s even legal !
In short a poorly run company supplying an essential product that puts all the onus on the customer.

Pathetic company been ripping me off for five years using the wrong SIC code and have tried to pin the blame on me. You complain and they do nothing and accept no responsibility. The complaints team are absolutely pathetic. This whole company is an absolute joke

We had a complaint that had been escalated. The escalation was dealt with by Jules Sherrill in Customer Resolutions dept who handled our case very professionally and with a certain level of common sense and compassion for our situation, for which we are very grateful.

Helpful customer service advisor
The customer service advisor was very helpful and knowledgeable. She explained the situation with the accounts step by step. She took time to research my queries and update the issues I had. She also referred two issues onto the correct departments to deal with them. It was a long telephone call (over an hour) but at the end of the call I am satisfied with the current position of the accounts and know that the other issues are being addressed.
