A gamble with no customer service if it goes wrong

Watched lots of videos , consulted customer service (who was way more responsive prior to the purchase than after ) to double confirm if rectangular faucets were compatible and if all circular faucets were adaptable. To my disappointment the universal key to switch the faucet out doesn’t fit , and of course customer service isn’t responsive anymore nor did they post my review . I would not recommend product as it’s a high gamble and they don’t seem to care once you pay them
