It was actually a little bumpy getting the right product delivered, but Siki in customer service was a HUGE help in getting things ironed out.

Received the C1S countertop product recently, and it seems to work great. The TDS of the input water is 95, and the output from the system is 5, which is great. Taking the system overseas where the water system is not reliable.

FYI - be careful if you use Google Pay - if your "delivery" address is different from your home/financial address, it can over-write the delivery address (which is the first thing that Siki had to help me with!)

Waterdrop does an excellent job of providing assistance/advice/instructions on questions that I have had on two occasions. While the help might seem minor to some, when persons like me need help, simple or difficult, the help is extremely important. Not only are the products very good, their assistance when requested and provided, is very much appreciated.

The A1 machine was broken and leaking water after 2 years.
I contacted the service team and they're happy to offer a replacement for it.

My order was dleievered to an old address and was returned to one of your warehouses as undeliverable. It took a few phone calls for me to straighten it out. It would have been much better is your company reahced out to me by email to make me aware of this

The customer service is awesome. I had issues with shipping didn’t happen until 9 days but the product is wonderful.

I ordered a water filter but wanted to change to a different filter that gives instant hot water. I contacted customer service and Beria helped me resolve the issue promptly. I was able to return the old one and buy the filter I wanted without any hassle. The water tastes better than we expected.

When the first model came through I needed to contact support however Becky in the customer support team helped me resolve my issue and went above and beyond.

i ordered a water filter. unfortunately after a few months it got a crack in it so I emailed the customer service team who were exceptional. They responded very fast and sent me a replacement filter immediately (after i sent a video of my machine malfunctioning). i also got a complementary pitcher. they also sent me multiple follow ups to check i received everything ok. so overall i am very happy as i was a little worried initially when there was an issue but they sorted it immediately.

I purchased the Item needed for my faucet but needed a different connection. When I contacted customer support, Karina was very helpful and helped with the solution to the issue. Very helpful!

Nice product & great and quick after sales service !

Due to a mixup by the shipping company I had to contact customer Service regarding my replacement filter order. Siki was very helpful and was able to resolve the issue successfully.

I have a great experience with the customer service team assisting me with an issue regarding the RO counter top system. Went above and beyond, especially Becky. Definitely would consider buying from waterdrop again in the future.

Was assisted by Beria who helped me quickly replace my broken unit within the warrantee year and with no issues.

Terrible, terrible company. Please adhere to all the warnings and stay away. Customer service is terrible. It's been 2 months now since I made a purchase of the A2 water osmosis. They sent a completely wrong item, and now it's a battle to have it collected and replaced with the actual product I ordered. The company is asking me to ship it back to them at my cost after such a huge mistake on their end. They didn't even address the issue of sending the wrong item and doing the right thing. Very frustrating, depressing and making me feel ill, especially during this heat wave when you need water constantly.

Two black gravity filters arrived cracked. I emailed company, they responded quickly, and shipped two replacement filters right away. Great company great customer service

Initially this unit displayed an E08 code. I contacted Waterdrop's customer-service and they shipped me a new unit, which I installed and now it works superbly. That, is good service. I am really liking this unit. Very nice design. Note: be sure to also buy a remineralization unit such as the Waterdrop MNR35 if you want to restore the minerals + taste, vs just pure water.

Anna is super good with responding to my questions and provide some solution which help me finally address my issue.

Regret buying the G3P800. It arrived missing a blue clamp, and customer service has been awful and completely unhelpful. After spending $800+ on this system, I would at least expect some help from customer service when a part is missing. Instead, they redirected me to buy the missing part from Amazon. Thanks, but no thanks.

I’m returning the system and taking my business elsewhere. If you buy from them, you’re on your own if anything doesn’t work as expected. But you will get hundreds of follow-up emails asking how they did. 🙄

Don’t take my word for it—read the 1-star reviews. Almost every one of them complains about the same thing: poor customer service.

If it works, you might get lucky. If it doesn’t, good luck! You just threw your money in the trash.
