My family member, who was placed in the Fountains at Riverview in Tuckahoe, NY, to recover from an injury was further injured due to staff incompetence and lack of compassion. She was removed from that facility but, unfortunately, the damage was done. Find another place, any other place, to avoid this happening to you or the people in your life.
