They are a SCAM site and should be shut down. It claims to download your video but you will never receive it. All they want is for you to complete surveys to earn them money and compromise your privacy and security. There is also no way to contact them. Don't bother and just move on to a legitimate site.

The loading bar is a lie

The loading bar is a lie. It will waste your time then "make you perform a free survey for 3000 V-Bucks or even a PS5 once released!!!" to download the image. When you close the pop-up window, the webpage magically forgot the image that you uploaded, even though it didn't load a new page.

If a survey says you'll get free stuff for completing it, it's a scam.

If the webpage that sent you to that survey suddenly makes you perform the same exact task that lead you to that survey to try again, it's a scam.
