Horribly slow shipping & still waiting for a refund
Who are all these people claiming to have "fast delivery"? My order took 10+ days to arrive, the package was horribly damaged, and then the wetsuit I ordered did not fit (and was also poorly designed, back zipper was way too short). So I initiated a return through the service THEY provide, paid $16 in return shipping, and sent it off 2 weeks ago... have I been refunded? No. The package "tracking" has been going all over the country for 2 weeks, despite the fact that they claim they have a warehouse in California, which is where I live. I will never be ordering from this company again, and I can only hope to be able to recover the refund owed to me at this point. To date, they have had my money for about FIVE WEEKS, the wetsuit was in my possession for approximately 5 days, and I still do not have my money back. Completely unacceptable.

Great site for sailing gear

You must pay for return despite their sizing chart being the problem
I wear a size small wetsuit in every brand I've ever bought so, because they were on sale, I decided to order a few small PEAK wetsuits from Watersports Outlet. I double checked their size chart and confirmed I should orders a small. When they arrived they were too small so I had to return them, which costs about $17. I am glad they only charged me for one return, though, because for some reason they arrived separately with two separate order numbers. (I am giving them a 3 star instead of 1 star rating because I only had to pay the $17 once instead of once for each order number. Also, their customer service representatives for returns were VERY courteous.)
