Top quality

Just bought my 2nd pair of W&P shoes and they're beautiful. I enjoy the designs and their light weight. The company is prompt with posting and provide tracking. Please note, as shipping costs to Canada are prohibitively expensive, I had to use a European address. All went smoothly.

I very much look forward to buying more products in the future.

Difficulties to communicate with the customer service. Poor internet site for ordering and tracking

Unfortunately, I can only give 3 stars. However, this is not because of the shoes, these are very nice and very good to wear. Unfortunately, you can look on the homepage when you want, constantly many variations or colors are not available. For this reason, only 3 stars. Is the availability at some time better, there are also more rating stars!

I already owned a pair of Watson & Parker shoes and they were the best shoes I loved forever.

Not serious. Very bad experience in communication. Telephone number not active, contacted through the site and with two Mails but no one answered.

DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND. I paid good money for these shoes and loved them. Unfortunately it rained one day while I was out and they got wet which is to be expected. The brown colour from the leather ran into the green canvas of my shoes and they look awful. I cannot wear them they look so bad. I contacted the company, they asked for photos and proof of purchase, both of which I sent them. They responded and said that I should not have got them wet but there were no instructions with the shoes to say don't get them wet. Who wears shoes that don't occasionally get wet if it rains. Since then they have refused to acknowledge my emails. They will not contact me at all. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced, in fact, it is non existent. What were very comfortable shoes have become unwearable. I had recommended them to friends, I now advise everyone I can, NOT to buy them.

Very easy. I ordered my shoes from CA and I got them within a week. The shipping was expensive but the experience was good. My only suggestion would be to include the US shoe sizes along with the European sizes.

The shoes are as always superbe quality, they are so comfortable, classy and sporty all together, the delivery is quick.

I have sent an email before purchasing but it remains unanswered.

I ordered shoes on July 13th and the items were never delivered. This was due to the shipping address which was not communicated to the shipping company while I clearly indicated it when I placed the order. After some days, the order was returned to Watson & Parker.
While, In agreement with Watson & Parker, I have cancelled the order and I have asked for a reimbursement, the situation was very disappointing.

Best shoes ever!
