This training was shocking

This training was shocking! Leaving colleagues traumatised after facilitator made unacceptable comments. The communication prior to the training was unacceptable, training was dated and repetitive. No agenda, rushed due to facilitator having another booking after our training. No correspondence from them after the event. I would avoid at all costs.

Certainly has a huge impact on mental health - just not in the way they claim...

Despite their billing themselves as a charity devoted to promoting "empathy", the way they treat their staff absolutely belies this. The rate of staff turnover would be remarkable for any organisation, but in a company of barely 9 paid employees it is astronomical. Over half their staff have left in the past year alone. The reason for this is quite simply the endemic bullying by senior "management", to which the trustees have been turning a blind eye for years, and the resulting toxic atmosphere. It really doesn't help that half the people there are members of the same family using different surnames (a fact that, interestingly, is not mentioned anywhere on their website) and the person supposedly in charge of HR is the wife of the CEO! No prizes for guessing how much fairness and lack of bias is in play here. Also in the mix is their links to the highly controversial Landmark Forum (with preferential treatment going to anyone who is willing to undertake their "trainings") contributing to the exceptionally weird cultish vibe. Worst of all is their abysmal treatment of staff, with documented evidence of destroyed mental health in several cases; not one of the many people who has left over the years (average length of stay seems to be about four months) has left on good terms and several have had to seek medical help for depression and anxiety caused by the venomous bullying they have encountered here. It seems that the trustees are too frightened, self-serving or apathetic to take any action on this, despite having a legal duty to do so. One to avoid at all costs if you value your sanity - or even if you don't, frankly.
