I was stranded at the airport by this…

I was stranded at the airport by this hotel’s shuttle service at the airport at 1 AM. The listing says the shuttle runs 24/7 , but i called the number in the listing several times and waited an hour before tipping the driver of another shuttle to drop us off. (There was a couple that also took this shuttle with me who said they waited for the Holiday inn shuttle for 2 hours). So, the service was not as advertised and it ended up costing me more out of pocket. Had i known this would be the case, i simply have taken my business elsewhere to begin with

Frustrating and disappointing

No one there to help or check in. Phone attendant was no help either. Parking lot was full, luckily someone finally was leaving so I got a parking space. Would not recommend to anyone. Could have missed my flight due to all the nonsense.
