I GOT ABSOLUTELY DIFFERENT DRESS!!! DON'T GET SWING BY ADVERTS. THEY MAKE REALLY BEUTIFUL VIDEO ADS WITH WOMAN WEARING BEATIFUL HIGH QUALITTY DRESS. BUT I TOTALLY GOT SOMETHING DIFFERENT. SHEER, LOW QUALITY, DIFFERENT COLOURED DRESS. I AM MAD AT MYSELD THAT I HADNT READ REVIEWS BEFORE I BOUGHT THEM.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE . Total scam, worst quality items you’ve ever seen then they ignore you or reply but being vague telling you to email when you want to return they try delay you by not giving returns information to time you out of the refund period

Scammers.
The estimated delivery time on site is fake.
Cancellation of order has to be within 24hours or else you pay 15% of order.
Customer service ignore your requirements for cancellation even after you specifically told them to cancel it.
Don't buy.

Absolute garbage.

Tried to return for a refund. They were very uncooperative. Finally got an address to return the items only to have it returned to me because they purposely gave me the wrong address.

The quality is terrible. The cuts of the clothing is not as pictured. The sizing is way off. The material are so thin they're see thru.

DO NOT buy from this website.

I bought in December 2023 they told me immediate shipping and it is now February 2024 and nothing arrived, they tell me that they never found me and that they supposedly left a card informing of the delivery and it is a lie and Waytobele already responds to me that my order was destroyed, that they are not responsible and please understand. Can you believe this theft?

Don't bother ordering from here, the quality of the products are really poor and items are not true to size.

They offered me a 20% refund due to the return incurring additional taxes and fees which I would have to pay for - which would have cost me more than I would gain. They then suggested I keep the items and they refunding me 30%, but the original shipping fee and shipping guarantee was non-refundable.

They make it seem as though you can return items on the website for a full refund when that is far from the truth, this needs to be investigated.

This is a disgusting organization that deceives people. I ordered a product for Christmas and in the end it still hasn’t been delivered to me and they are refusing to refund the money. do not order anything there, the support service will simply ignore you, you will be blocked on Instagram and your money will never be returned

Do not order from them. Typical scam: pictures of products are not what they send, it takes ages to get, when items are not available they do not refund fully. Stay away!

Do not order from this site it is a scam the clothes are cheap thin and unacceptable and returns well you pay for postage and they are willing to give 20% I can’t believe this business is still active it should be shut down! Y

I have been waiting for 2 months for my order now. It still hasn’t arrived. I asked for a full refund a month ago but no response to that. I’m going to contact my bank for a reverse transaction luckily I paid with a Credit card thinking this could happen. I think this is a joke. Don’t buy from them avoid at all costs. Use Asos, Shein, Cider but not the Waytobele

They refuse to accept a return although they have a 30 day return policy. The fabric is cheap. Not woth buying

I recently purchased a suit from WaytoBeL, only to be sorely disappointed with both the quality of the product and the customer service. The suit I received was nothing like the one depicted on their website, with a flimsy, see-through fabric that resembled pajamas more than a suit. When I attempted to return the item, the company's response was equally disappointing. Despite their stated return policy, they offered me a measly $7 refund or a $10 cash coupon as compensation, which was clearly insufficient. After numerous exchanges, they ultimately offered a 30% refund, failing to provide clear information on the actual amount. This lack of transparency and failure to adhere to their own policies is highly concerning and makes it difficult to trust this company. Regrettably, this experience has left me with a complete lack of faith in WaytoBeL's integrity and I have no intentions of making any further purchases from them. I will be exploring further steps to report this blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and fair business practices.

What a load of rubbish! We bought the dress my misses fell in love with! It come (says free returns) and now they want £50+ to return it! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

You better hope what you ordered is what you get and it fits!! If not, you have to deal with the awful customer service. They will not take accountability of any false advertisement of the clothing or if they send you the wrong size. I was even asked if I would be willing to take the piece to get tailored when they sent me the wrong size!!! Are you kidding me?? You are going to have to fight for a full refund for a while to possibly get it. So ridiculous! BEWARE!

I would give zero stars if it would let me, ordered 3 dresses and only one fit, asked to return the two dresses and was told to keep them and they would refund me 30% I eventually after weeks of asking to return them received a £26 refund the dresses actually cost me £80 and are no good because way too big...do not order and I'm suprised they are still allowed to trade!!!

Beware of this fraudulent company!! The garments that they make/sell are NOT what is reflected in their advertising!! Good luck getting a refund…The worst piece of garbage ever!!!

Ordered a 2 piece , i am a size 10, read and checked sizes, they are Asian sizes so it said to go up one size. When I checked the chart I fell into the 2nd size up.
Then the outfit arrived. Rubbish quality, threads hanging out everywhere, and it was so small I could not get into it.
And this outfit was no bigger than a size 6 . I applied for a refund and postage label and they said as it was a sizing fault so therefore they would give me a returns label but I had to pay the " hefty return, approximately $20 to $80 but would give me 15% off my next order".
When I said no I wanted a refund they came back with they would allow me to keep it and sell it or give as a gift and the would refund me 20%.
I wouldn't even give them 1 star but u have to !
Stay clear of this company they are complete scammers.

Absolutely terrible and they are not responding so I have had to start a case through PayPal AVOID AVOID AVOID! The dress is not the same in anyway… I would add pictures if I could
