Great service & very reasonable charge. Paul went hext morning to unblock external waste drain& reported in print the problem. Emilie in office was really helpful when Ihad to rearrange at short notice. Was recommended to me, Was about six times cheaper than Dynorods quote !

Estimated when booking a 10am arrival; received text 9.30am to confirm on way, and arrived as planned.
Bigger drain blockage than expected, but Mike knew exactly what to do. Took slightly longer than the 60 minutes allowed in the fixed price, but this was fully explained and additional time only charged as needed. Very fair price charged.

Paul came to look at our drains, cleared a blockage and put a camera down to show where the problem was.
Kept us informed of when he would arrive.

Arrived on time, fully explained the procedure and just got on with the job. Explained where the blockage was and got the drain cleared. Can't complain.
