Absolutely useless. I tried to order a pair of trousers and shoes and the money was successfully charged to my account. However, I received no email confirmation and upon contacting the company, they said my order had not gone through due to the items being out of stock. It took two weeks for them to understand why they had charged me and they finally resolved the issue by 'cancelling' the existent order. The money was returned to me and I thought that was the end of the issue.

However, two weeks later, the EXACT SAME amount of money was again taken from my account. No email, no order confirmation. And then today I have received an email saying that a package has been dispatched to me that I haven't even ordered. It isn't even worth the amount that they have charged me again. Contacted them yesterday for an urgent response and have no heard anything back yet.

It is completely unacceptable (and illegal) to charge things to my card that I haven't ordered. I hope this will be resolved ASAP but I am doubtful.

Immediately debited, but not delivered however .. I am still waiting for my so-called order that seems totally nonexistent because today, I have received no mail "no proof of purchase" only a mail from PayPal confirming the levy.

In addition the customer service is unreachable "the phone number is a FAKE" ..

It's shameful, especially from a company claiming to be German, you do not represent the seriousness I was expecting, you're the disappointment of the German online reseller.

Go a way.

They answered my email quickly. The shipment was delivered 2 working days after my purchase (I live in the Netherlands)and everything arrived in perfect state! Gonna shop there again for sure.

These guys are totally unclear about being based in Germany on their websites. As a result, your item is just stuck in a GLS warehouse in Germany without any delivery status changes for days.
