The photos were poor quality and I requested a return on the gift. I received approx 6 emails from the company stating that they would work with me on a return, only to be told in the end they won't. I think it is their job to not make an item unless they have a photo that is good quality. They know what they need, the customer doesn't! They prey on grieving clients and promise a nice remembrance, but make a cheap non returnable item. Very unsatisfied.

When I had an issue with my order, I contacted the support team. They tried to assist me with my issue, but I was not successful in fixing the issue. They promptly sent me a return label, and they were quick to issue a refund when they received my return. I have dealt with this company before and been happy with the products. Their customers obviously come first with them, which is rare these days. They put my issue at the forefront. I would order from them again.

Ordered necklace and 3 charms, including one photo charm, on 12/9/25
This was for Christmas gift. Did not receive it until 12/30/25. The photo charm was for my daughter, who recently lost her dog. Dog is black and white. You can only see the white of the dog on the charm. They will not make a return even though it looks absolutely terrible. I decided to open up the necklace and the other two charms, you can’t even attach them to it. Made contact via email and they won’t take a return. Caution do not use this company.! I have documents for proof.

I found this company on Tiktok, very good quality and communicates well over email. I have went back and ordered multiple custom jewelry for myself and others. It does take awhile for shipping but other than that it is so worth it!

Overall it was great, I messed up and didn’t submit a picture but once the picture was submitted the process was smooth and painless

I ordered 3 ornaments. They were all 3 beautiful, have some weight and look and feel like quality products. I did encounter an issue with one; the photo ball was not secure and dislodged from the setting. I emailed support, and received excellent customer service. A new ornament is being prioritized and will be on the way shortly. Excellent product and staff.

I created a bracelet to see quality of items before ordering a bulk order for friends/family and baseball moms. I received an email December 18th stating allow 1-5 days for shipping. No big deal, here we are December 31st and my order hasn't even been shipped. Customer Service has just given me the same run around about "still being processed for shipment". Completely frustrated with this entire experience. Who knows how the bracelet I ordered actually looks, at this rate it will be March when I get it. Needless to say I wont be making a bulk order with this company and will be looking for somewhere else to order for my friends.

I forgot to add a discount code to my order. With one email they refunded me my due amount without a single question or issue.

Absolutely terrible quality. Photos are not centered within viewing areas and are too zoomed in to see the entire photo. Also they stated on their website shipping timeframes that would arrive before Christmas and that was not the case. You also can’t cancel or return custom ordered which involves anything with a photo. I would avoid this company at all cost. It’s a scam.

I placed an order for three items for my daughter for Christmas on December 2nd. They didn't arrive until December 26th. I reached out to customer service to tell them how disappointed I am, and they basically told me tough shit. Horrible experience.

Very good product. Pictures are perfect inside ornaments. Pricey for our budget but worth it. Customer service was very quick and helpful too when I mixed up the order details. Thank you!

Ordered from them and the only reason I’m giving four and not five is because it took over a month to get there and they did not keep up with accurate delivery information but other than that I love the quality the product is unreal and the result is amazing

Ordered 3 Christmas gifts for my siblings, honoring my Mom who passed away. I ordered in plenty of time to receive by Christmas (as advertised on THEIR web site). As of today (12/24) I am still being told the ornaments are in "production" even though I received an email 2 weeks ago stating they had finished production and were preparing to ship.

Ordered dec 7th and still no product. Trash company doesn't respond to emails, and lies about having shipped your product.

Buyer beware. Under the ornament, it says it usually ships in 1-2 weeks, so I purchased on 12/6 for a Christmas present. On 12/11, they sent an email saying it was still in production and I could click the link to see more about shipping. It was there they stated it could take up to 25 days. Why wouldn’t they post that with the item when I ordered? My item finished production on 12/18 and they didn’t ship it out until 12/23. Arrival is showing 12/30…too late for a holiday gift.

They advertise all over social media for holiday gifts but then do not get the gifts shipped in time for Christmas. Order was placed 12/1 and per them the production process was completed on 12/13. But items did not ship out until 12/20 and now have an arrival date of 12/27. Customer support was contacted well in advance and they did nothing to ship items out sooner or expedite shipping.

Ordered 11/24 and received order only to find out items are missing from order. Receiving generic emails with no actual resolution to find items. Do yourself a favor and don’t order from this company. They have 361 BBB complaints that have not been addressed by the company and looks like unlikely to be addressed.

They are a scam! Never shipped my items.

Hard to get a hold of anyone. Takes over a month to get items. Ordered with a month to spare for Christmas presents and they won’t make it despite saying they were ready TJ be shipped December 8th.

This jewelry items are $16 on Amazon exact materials, customization and will be delivered in 7 days. Wish I never bought from this site. They send a email stating your items are on the way 2 days after the order is placed. 2 weeks later you receive a email stating the item is still “in production.” Then a week later you now learn item is done with production and will ship in 5-12 days. It’s such a joke! Save your time and money and go with another company! Expect a 30 day delivery for the same customized jewelry for $16 on Amazon!
