Scam scam scam I just got scammed out of my money and the product I order over a month ago, only for them to say delivered successfully. Them when I reached out for them to tell me they could not deliver to the address I provided. And now they have blocked me from emailing them. They will say they can’t find my order from my email because now the order is not found. Please do not spend your money with this company they are a scam.

This is a chinese business that sell fake goods. I bought Uggs there, and they were ok made, but not the real thing.

These people are out of China and very difficult to deal with. They lost my order and when I did end up telling them NOT to send it to me, they charged me anyway and sent it. They then refused to refund my shipping or pay for return shipping to send the item back. I had to go through my credit card company and file a dispute. I still lost the shipping charges which is not at all cheap given the fact that I had to send it all the way back to China.

As for whether or not the items are really name brand, I cannot say, but the UGGs I ordered for my wife looked pretty cheap and fake compared to the real ones we ended up getting.
