I ordered some pants for work in there end of financial year sale. Got sent a pack of underwear instead? What? Customer service were rude straight up. They Just refunded instead of offering a replacement (which I reallllly needed work pants.) And without even an apology about the order being wrong. I emailed asking instead for the pants that i actually ordered, They said they no longer had anything in stock so couldnt offer me a replacement. I checked the website they had pants in stock just not the same colour. And the sale was over so its obvious they didnt want to send a replacement order or close too my order because I ordered on a sale price instead. Why the hell was I sent underwear? Is this a tactic like oh we've gotten our inventory wrong just send underwear and hopefully noone will bother complaining to us? How many people does this happen too? They were so rude too. I chose this brand to buy from (i dont shop often online for myself) and got screwed around and missed out on other brands having sales too. Absolutely never again. They are so rude worst customer service experience and overall experience. What a disappointment for a sustainably conscious company

Don’t order from UK! They charge £16 to return … is outrageous! I didn’t notice that only to realise when I got the refund notification. I won’t buy anything again . Doesn’t worth it

It isn't clear for UK customers that they are ordering from an international website - all prices are in GBP etc. My dress was frumpy and costs £16 and lots of hassle to return it. Now I'm stuck with something I don't want. If I had known I was ordering from an international website, I wouldn't have bothered. UK customers - avoid. I would never buy anything from here again.

Be careful they charge £16 for UK returns and do not make this clear when you make your purchase. They say easy returns with no mention of the cost!!!!!

Don’t order if you live overseas. Nightmare to return. Not great customer service.

Will never order from again. They charged me for a dress that I could not get delivered as they use a service called UNIUNI that doesn't deliver the items. You will keep getting messages the item can't be delivered. I am filing a complaint with the AGO office against them.

Wish I had read reviews before buying: expensive, quality negligible (totally transparent) sizing out - site advised a small, I sized up and they were STILL snug. Worst of all is the return fee - OUTRAGEOUS when the faults lies on their part… never again.

Trousers hang really badly. Did not know that from the UK, a return will cost £16 - this is highly unusual and not what I have ever experienced before. Trying to organise return and it makes absolutely no sense. I recall ordering from here before and struggling to return. Feel totally gutted.

This was my second time ordering from PACT, as I'd heard great things about the brand's clothing and sustainability values. Unfortunately, my customer service experience did not live up to that reputation.

My enquiry was met with what appeared to be a blunt template response that did not even address me by name. I understand that international return costs can make returns uneconomical, but there seemed to be no willingness to consider any alternative solution or goodwill gesture.

I've had much better experiences with other US-based ethical brands, which have shown far more flexibility and consideration when issues arise. Based on customer service alone, I would be hesitant to order from PACT again.

As a sizing reference for UK customers, I also found that PACT's Small fit more like a UK Medium.

Customer service was helpful. The wrong address was somehow inputted at order stage and pact gave me goodwill refund in pact coins to re-order to the right address. Thanks for your understanding.

Frankly if I had read the reviews here I would definitely not have purchased from Pact. I have been trying to contact them and can only assume they use AI for everything. I can't ship back for some reason, they don't respond to negative reviews here and so I think this is a store that is only managed by bots. Customer service is absolutely non existant. Awful. Am about to contact my credit card company as I have heard nothing about refunds or how I can get the second parcel back to them. Grrrrr. Rip off.

Made my first purchase via an Instagram ad. First, the prices on the website don't match the prices on the site. I ordered anyway. Before my order had even delivered, their Memorial Day sale started and everything was discounted. I reached out via their site and their chatbot confirmed I was eligible for a price adjustment credited to my original payment method, but had to wait 2 business days. I reached out via email to confirm, and again got a confirmation.

Today, I finally heard back that no, I can only get a refund via store credit and 2, since the sale is no longer going that they can't price match. Absolutely infuriating and terrible customer service.

I scouted the Internet looking for non-toxic Gym wear. I finally decided to purchase pact. I must say, I’m very disappointed. The leggings are extremely thick and don’t fit particularly well. They come up very large and are loose in many awkward areas. The vest top is extremely and is a very strange shape. I would imagine the leggings to be very warm if working out. I also didn’t realise that they would be shipped from the USA, and the shipping cost are quite dear to return. I do wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Great idea not so great delivery.

Unclear return policy, shame clothes are nice quality but lack do transparency makes this a never again for me.

Just received my order the are perfectly nice pants but very large on the hips so I need to return. I saw advertised on Instagram and the prices are UK so I didn’t realise it was shipping from the US.
A couple of issues with this; takes longer to arrive and it was £16.00 to return via DHL shipping. Meaning it’ll take quite a while to receive my refund. This also makes it expensive if you want to try another size or order more than one size and need to return. With the subsequent shipping times. Based on that I won’t purchase again, it’s simply too complicated and costly.

Do not shop at Pact. After placing an order they only later tell me the item I most wanted I was out of stock - without giving me the opportunity to cancel the entire order which I'd have done if I'd known this wasn't available. Their website also continued to advertise it as available for days. I am still waiting for this portion to be refunded almost two weeks on from making the order. They also charge you a vast proportion of the cost of a dress if you wish to return anything. Terrible customer service all round, I cannot recommend less.

I recently was sent an order that we did not order, the pact team was responsive & made it right! They did not inconvenience me to return what we didn’t order & sent the correct one in its place. Thanks so much!

Biggest rip-off ever! Be careful and do not order! Poor quality, a horrible chemical smell, and hidden €20 return costs — never again!

Pact clothes are beautiful, well made, with normal sizing. If sizing is not TTS, they clearly list it in the description ("recommend sizing down"). I originally ordered 2 basic white tees (thinking 'these will be see through') and they are not! I've ordered dresses (amazing), and now pants + airplane set. Customer service is excellent too.

I placed an order on April 29 and I’m still waiting for it. Their website says they shipped to Canada 3 to 4 business days or less. It still looks like all they got was a shipping label and it’s nowhere in sight. I keep getting diverted to a whole different page that has nothing to do with my complaint internally on the website. Very disappointing. At this point, I’m not even sure I’ll get my dress but at any rate, I will never order from this company again. They are US space I should’ve known better.
