3 at best. Like the styles and fabrics, but nothing has held up and the quality guarantee is only 60 days at best. Elastic collapses (once on a trip leaving me with pants that wouldn’t stay up st all), knit pants don’t hold shape at all. Knit shirts had trailing threads and developed a hole at the tag. Customer service response (to the pants, first item I really complained about) was just” that's too bad”. Won’t be buying anything else that I can buy anywhere else.

I ordered from Canada and decided to return as the velour was thick and shapeless. I had to jump through hoops at the post office to return and pay $27.00. I would not recommend ordering from here at all!!!!

Absolutely abhor the new phone system they have in place! The customer service team is amazing and has always helped me. Now I can't get through to anyone without jumping through multiple automated hoops. Pact was a way better company before this Willow crap!!!

Great clothing, great quality and fit. I had a great customer experience today with Kristen K. In the past, I realized almost all of my clothes were polyester - I'm glad to be wearing cotton now, and piece by piece I've essentially replaced a good bit of my closet with Pact!

I ordered 7 items, but returned two. I returned the tank top and an airplane mock-neck shell as they were both too big. Both tops stuck out near the arm holes and looked very boxy. I also ordered the airplane set (Pintuck Wide Leg Pant and Drape Cardigan). I was happy with the shipping, very fast, and that they pay attention to compostable packing materials. Also, I was happy with the fabric, but it is definitely not a drapey fabric and is quite thick and a bit stiff for a knitted material, so definitely a bit of a boxy profile, for which you wouldn't want to wear a boxy top underneath. The reasons that I gave only three stars is because the sizing was off, returns are expensive and also PACT does not refund any taxes that they have charged to Canadian orders. I have not encountered this before when ordering from international sellers. If I didn't have two items to return I would've donated the one item, as the tank top was $46.20 (with taxes), for which they refunded only $17.00 after the shipping cost and no tax refund. For these reasons, I wouldn't order from them again.

My package never arrived. Pact refused to assist. Only recourse is to file a complaint with the shipper, a long and arduous process. They should really offer some sort of shipping protection if they are unwilling to offer customer service.

This company are frauds!!!! They sent me a bogus jacket that fits my 14year old granddaughter!!!!! They stole my money!!! And should be put out of business!!! Scammmmmmm!!!

A HUMAN answered the phone and SPOKE to me!! Vera immediately responded to my issue with a request for a photo. Her instructions were friendly and clear. She set an expectation of 48 hours to hear back but she responded in less that 5. I have never had a company offer more than one option for a replacement, both options benefiting me! I was offered a return with full refund or I could keep my item and receive a very generous Pact credit! Wow! Not only does this brand align with my values, it cares about me as its customer and stands behind its product! Thank you Vera for absolutely making my day!!!

This was a weird user experience. They offered me a welcome discount code but there was no field to apply it at checkout. I first wasted time on my mobile and then on my desktop. I wanted to buy something fairly expensive so the discount mattered to me.

I wrote about it to them in response to the welcome email with the code. The email delivery failed. Lol.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Pact customer service team are amazing. They listened and came up with ways to resolve my inquiries and concerns. I called more than once & I have communicated via email. Every time I reach out, Pact Customer Service quickly responds. I am grateful for companies like Pact who care about the fabrics we put on our bodies and the well being of the employees who work in their production facilities. I am letting everyone know about Pact to the best of my abilities. THANK YOU 😊

In an age where so many online companies cut and run if there is a problem with an order, Pact holds themselves to a high level of customer service. Kristen was prompt in her responses, gracious in her efforts to represent Pact well and resolve the issue without hesitation.

I ordered 3 items and when they shipped two were out of stock. I was so bummed as I wouldn't have paid the shipping for just one item. I immediately emailed customer support and Vera helped me right away and got the issue resolved. Best customer service I've had in a very long time.

I ordered a handbag and it showed delivered. I checked my mail and nothing there. Called the post office they shared that the pkg was not delivered to my address in my city. The pkg had the wrong address. Pacgift will not send me a copy of the shipping label to confirm address it was sent to so I can go back to post office. They no longer respond to my attempts to fix this matter and I am out of money because of it. Someone has the pleasure of a new handbag on me. I will never shop Pactgift site again.

I carefully chose the size but the dress that I would have loved is too small. Discovered it was a
"no exchange/no refund" item. Really???? I'm very upset at the waste of money and lack of customer help.
How exactly can you be expected to order online and hit a perfect fit?
