There was a huge hygiene hazard in the ball pit. They evacuated the area, but before it was cleaned, they didn't put any barriers up. So in the time it took for them to get somebody out to clean the hygiene hazard, about 8 different people went into this area and after they were in, were told to leave.
So after they had their clothes and skin possibly contaminated.
They really need to improve their process for when something like this happens.
They were informed by email and offered no reimbursement for this poor service.
They also don't let you take your own food in to the picnic area, they claim it is due to allergies, but this ignores kids who can only eat certain foods that wouldn't be available in their two huts.
Clearly a money grab so you only purchase their food.
