Run as fast as you can from this company! I am NOT joking! They lie, they drag things on and on for months, the communication is HORRIBLE! The manager of the site build, Chris Morano, only calls when he wants more money. They will sweet talk you and promise you everything then when you start complaining they deny their promises and say you're being abusive and threaten to sue you over them not handling your case well and having an opinion. Then they disappear. With your money and no website! It's a complete mess! Between the complaints on here and at the BBB please save yourself! It isn't worth it! They will never refund your money. My bank got only part of mine back. I'm out $1250.00. When it's all said and done they will blame you for every one of their failings even though you have loads of messages to them complaining about what they are doing or not doing, many which there's never a reply. It's a circus act. They may be good with some people but there are a lot of complaints against them and pretty much all the same thing for most of us. In my opinion this company is predatory and dishonest and they need to be put out of business asap! Hopefully at some point someone will stop them. Hopefully sooner than later. There are many other companies to choose from. Don't fall for this one. I cannot stress this enough.

If you want to call and have them tell you 48hrs to get resolved after you waited a week use WebCreationUS. If you want a website that's given to you with no instructions use WebCreationUS.

After much consideration, I decided to leave an accurate account of my experience with WebCreationsUS. The level of frustration with the company is beyond words. I have lost business due the poor-quality product and the problem with the server. I am going to list the problems that I have encounter so far:
1. Poor communication – Since the beginning of the process, you need to contact several people and it seems to me that there is no coordination. I had to answer and explain the same things several times. I even put together a mock-up of exactly what I wanted to the website and yet, when I see the “changes” it was not at all what I requested. They changed managers and didn’t take a few minutes to tell me who I was supposed to contact.
2- Poor-Quality product - For the website to open it takes 18 seconds (which in our world is an eternity) each page takes about the same time to open. In addition, for certain people it doesn’t open at all. This has cost me a lot of time and money as I lose clients. This problem has been going in on since December 2020. Maybe even more.
3- Broken Promises - They promised unlimited revisions and changes to the website and so much other things. It’s a big fat lie. After the changes I wanted for my website, they want me to PAY More. I attached the document. (Full of lies)
4. NO Training - What value a tool have, if you don’t receive proper training. They answered, go to YouTube or Google. I talked to my manager about how to do changes and I am not able to complete certain changes unless I talk to the web designer or developer.
The list is too long to fully explain. After this, I will be sending a complaint through the Better Business Bureau because this is unacceptable and I am still fighting to get things right.

Very bad service, I started the process in August and we are at the end of November and the website is not finished and when you call nobody answers you. the mock up they show me is of very poor quality

In June of 2015, I signed a contract to develop two extensive websites with Webcreation US. I was impressed by my first customer experience with the sales representative, Ryan Schultz and without hesitancy signed the contract. I was assigned to Adam Lydall who was my Project Manager. During the process of having my website developed, the development team would send content to review with numerous bugs and errors. This was extremely frustrating. However, Adam always tried to resolve my concerns and meet my needs. At the beginning of 2019, I was reassigned to a different Project Manager, Sam McGee.

Once the website was near completion and upgraded to the new server it completely crashed. This was a failure of Webcreation US as they did not update the website platform. Since this occurrence, I have struggled with Webcreation US to deliver a final viable product. They contracted to connect a marketplace through PayPal which they have been working on for approximately 2 years. I am continuously told by Sam McGee they are working on the Marketplace. To date, I have not received a final product nor am I given frequent updates. In addition, my second website that I contracted with them to develop has been completely lost. I made attempts to contact management, Luke Edwards, and never received a single response from him by e-mail or by telephone in regard to resolving this matter. At the present time, communication has been inconsistent. I am extremely disappointed in the quality and service of this company. I do not recommend hiring Webcreation US for Website Development or management. Please save yourself trouble and hire another company.

Our Website was down for two days and passwords were changed for the Admin log into WordPress. The communication was slow from WebCreationUS as to fixing the Website and providing new passwords. Eventually the problems were fixed and we received new passwords. If the communication were better the rating would be higher.

I have been very happy and pleased with my webdesign and maintenance . Sam has always been there thru the years to answer any questions I may have had, I would recommend them to anyone but my competitors . In this day and era your business is not a building it is your website .
