Fraudulent company

Jacuzzi is fine, what's not fine is this company's communication skills and the fact that they still haven't shipped the ladder . We bought jacuzzi with delivery to Malta a year ago, we received it in August, but no ladder was shipped, although it was paid for. Ever since they kept promising to send the ladder "next month", but it was never done, eventually they stopped even replying emails. This is pure fraud, would recommend to think twice before buying anything from them.
