Had an ftp issue
Had an ftp issue - the "fix" has caused one of my sites to be unavailable. Twice I've been told it has been fixed. It isn't. Site has been down for over 12 hours now... Can't get any response other than, it is important to us, we will be in touch.
Live chat techs are inadequately trained, and very slow. Use someone else, if it's a business site you go bust before they sort anything.

Further investigation has shown that one of your websites was being redirected- due to a redirect code in the .htaccess file.
To confirm, our agents never touch or amend any code within the clients websites.
When this was reported to us, we could see several log ins to your control panel- between the 2nd and 4th April- all of which were from your side and not ours. Unfortunately, it is not possible to see which of the log ins was responsible for the redirect.
I am sorry that it took us a while to identify the cause of the problem and to rectify it.

Urgent request sorted - Matthew K
I asked Matthew K to notify me again of some details I needed. I impressed upon him the fact that my client needed those details very urgently.
The simple difference between WHUK and other hosting companies I am involved with is the fact that Matthew could have said "Oh no, sorry, you will have to raise a ticket for that", he didn't, essentially he said "it may take a few minutes but I will get the details you need".
