I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service provided. I have paid the necessary fees for my workspace renewal, but my service has remained suspended for the past four days. Despite my payment being processed, the renewal has not been applied to my account.
This lack of action is causing significant disruption to my work. A timely renewal process is a basic expectation when dealing with a service provider, and your company has failed to meet this standard.
I request immediate action to resolve this matter and restore my workspace access without further delay.

They could not win my trust when I approaached to purchase Google Weorkspace. They were using someone else's account and called it their parent company (which is not mentioned anywhere on their web)
They sell Workspace account on lame 85% off that deletes all your data. They gave me a price of 4.5 and immediately raised it to $7 just when I asked them couple of questions.
I wouldn't want to risk my data or account with them.
