this company took the full payment for my greenhouse order and never sent the payment to swallow greenhouses for my order...now they have gone bust and have kept my payment and I have no greenhouse...they are a bunch of liars and thieves. Shocking :(

These criminals have gone bust owing my mother in law money she cam ill afford to lose.

I ordered my green house for a birthday present for my girlfriend on the 4th of Aug, 5 working days for delivery. After 3 weeks no greenhouse so i phone to fined out where it is "out of stock" i am told ( why they did not tell me this when i ordered it i'm not sure) and i will be phoned back by the end of the day for a delivery date 4 times i did this with no phone call back. In the end i was offered another greenhouse of the same size, wich i took, it was £112 pounds cheeper, this one landed 4 weeks after the original order. Then it's took me 4 days and 3 phone calls to get my money back.

when choosing a greenhouse do not choose additional options
210 sankey waterbutt charged at £85 abd available at £30 elsewhere
when raised with comnpany rude and obnoxious ; avoid options at all costs
I will never deal with thenm again

The delivery times are just lies, effectively dropships item. The stockist will not take any responsibility and blame the website.
Item arrived damaged and actually manufactured in correctly.

The stockist dealt with the damage issues very well but this has nothing to do with this website.

Being not quite sure what greenhouse was best for me I decided to give webretail a call. Not only were they really helpful in finding the greenhouse for me they even talked me out of buying some accessories that weren't really suited to my needs!! Thanks!

I purchased a greenhouse in May 2010 which offered a free staging. I was sent the greenhouse but no staging which Mr Wilstead said was out of stock but would arrive soon. I emailed in June and was told it was still out of stock but beyond his control. I have still not received this and as it was part of the original sale I consider this to be breach of contract. I could have purchased this greenhouse elsewhere at a similar price without the staging which I understand is worth around £50.00. Fine company to deal with unless you have a problem.

I purchased a PALRAM Greenhouse and part of the package was a pair of shelving units offered free with the purchase. The sheving units have still not arrived, currently 9 weeks of waiting, despite promises from the company. The company are still selling the shelving online but the free offer has finished. The Greenhouse is now cheaper too. (Strange that).

I have emailed customer service a few times and got a polite delay. The last stating the shelves where being posted 'Tommorow'. That was a week ago. I also had info of other waiting customers inadvertantley sent back in my mail?

Greenhouse is fine, well done Palram. Webretailer you are slated for poor customer service.

I would have purchased from you again but unfortunately experience shows you don't listen.
