If I could give them a negative star rating I would. I hired this company when a website I built myself ended up w/malware and I needed it cleaned up. They said they could not only clean it up, but build me a new one that was more professional. The website they "tried" to build looked horrible. I worked mainly with Oliver and Sebastian. Every request I had they either did not do it or they did it at the same level a child just learning computers could do. The whole experience was incredibly frustrating, a huge waste of time and a total joke. After they long passed their agreed upon dealine for completing the work, I asked for a refund. They refused. So I disputed the charge with my credit card company. They then called and threatened me with a lawsuit and told me if I paid them more and pulled back my dispute from the credit card company they would refund all the charges to date. As if the entire experience wasn't one big red flag, I now knew the company was a total scam. My credit card company refunded all the money they had charged my credit card as they said they could see from information available to them the company was likely not legit. The company continued to call me, threatening to sue me; "take my business away", "become the new owners of my intellectual property" . . . I reached out to one of the companies they gave as a reference (they said they built the website) and the owner responded and said they did not build the website. I am writing this review on Trust Pilot because I come here to look for information on companies before I hire them. Because there was no negative information here I did not trust my gut initially that was telling me something was off. Stay far, far away from this company.

I was shown how to navigate throughout my website, very helpful

On October 14, 2023, I spoke to Jason, who responded with a bid of $1949 and some other standing packages on the condition that I accept that day and pay the entire amount immediately. Later Jason offered a split payment because of my “trust issues.” I am suspicious of artificial time crunches. I tried checking out their clients listed on the website, but they were unresponsive or too big to contact. Jason gave me an EIN number, but I did not know how to verify it. There were no reviews. At that time, the website had a list of awards, including an alleged award with BBB so I went to BBB’s website. No records. I can’t find those awards now. Jason and I exchanged at least eighteen emails with each other. He said that the business existed since 2020 and was located at 1 Rockefeller Plaza Suite 1801, NY, NY 10020, which Google still shows as the address without the suite number. I’m from NYC, and that address was a red flag for me. When I looked it up, that suite was listed as available to rent. Jason claimed that rental listing was outdated. The website now has a CA location according to the website. I checked out the website, and it only existed since May 2023. He gave me two names and phone numbers and a W9 form. If anyone is near the Rockefeller location, check it out and report back. I decided to trust my gut. The deal seemed too good to be true. I found the perfect web designer, TC Creatives.

Aaron was my designer and partner to design my website from start to finish. He was super responsive and helpful every step of the way. Highly recommend!
