My review is deleted in favor of the faulty web-store.

I had an issue with technim.nl web store over an order which neither they sent nor refund until I complain about the situation, and blamed me about why I didn't take an action in time(!), and of course I gave them a review they deserve on webwinkelkeur. However, webwinkelkeur immediately put my review under inspection by request of the shop, and later deleted even without letting me know about why, and the links to the review showing like I deleted it by my own. So reviews under this website is in favor of the faulty stores, not trustworthy.

The webshop submitted a moderation request regarding this review, as it contained inappropriate language and factual inaccuracies. The webshop has successfully refuted these inaccuracies. Consequently, the review was found to be in violation of our user terms and conditions and has therefore been removed.

System does not seem to accept new applications

Tried posting a review with a customer, all supporting documentation. Each time the screen says information is missing and returns to a blank screen

ToS prevents negative reviews

They have ToS in place preventing you leaving a negative review. I left a negative review on WebwinkelKeur where I recommended not purchasing from the business in question. I did this after receiving bad service and then the business lied in their response to my review on WebwinkelKeur. I was then contacted by WebwinkelKeur's Support Team via email and they informed me this goes against their ToS and my review will be removed if I say not to order from the store.

It seems that their business model is designed to prevent negative reviews from being left. When checking the reviews of the store in question on here compared to WebwinkelKeur there is a huge disparity, and it's now obvious why.

I would steer clear of any site that recommends using them for reviews. After discussing further with their Support Team it has been made clear to me that they take payment from stores for the "moderation" they provide. They are essentially a site that promote snake oils salesman.

Edit: Thanks you for your response, it confirms everything I stated in my review. I have lost money from a website selling a faulty product based on inflated numbers of positive reviews. You should feel responsible for the customers that have been taken advantage of by your business model.

Incorrect bol.com scoring!

Never had difficulties and happy before but it presents bol.com scoring factually incorrect. It shows total number of bol.com reviews but follows bol.com guidelines which means that it shows score of only last 3 months (just a few reviews). As a result 1 negative review drops your overall score dramatically and pretending this (lower) score is calculated by your total number of reviews, which is not the case. As a result this quality mark is not factual and becomes a burden instead of a benefit.

Erg vervelend om te lezen dat de score van je Bol.com reviews omlaag is gegaan waardoor de totaal score ook omlaag is gegaan.

Het klopt inderdaad dat we de reviews van Bol.com tonen die de afgelopen 3 maanden zijn verzameld. Via een koppeling naar Bol.com tonen wij de reviews die Bol.com aan ons vrijgeeft.

Daarnaast kan je er altijd voor kiezen om de reviews van Bol.com niet meer te tonen op je ledenpagina.

Wanted to write a negativ review on…

Wanted to write a negativ review on wilhelmina design ( with ordernumber) and they tried to manipulate me to write a positiv review. Very weird behaviour for a rating platform😳

I am without words. Just adding that …by your reply you are even lying in public.I forwarded you the official order confirmation.

This is all crap you are saying by „in the process“ whatelse is needed. You have an ordernumber, you have a review since more than 14 days, sending me mails lying by reasons why you cannot publishing my review.

Your platform should be closed.

As I can see, the web store has requested a moderation request. This moderation request is currently pending. We have asked you what your order number is, so we can then pass this on to the web store. The store indicates that with the current order number, they cannot find your order to see what went wrong.

At this moment, the request is still pending, and we are waiting for the process to continue.

Additionally, I would like to share that we consider negative and positive reviews very important and do not just delete them. However, it is important that the review complies with our terms of use.

Good connections and great service.

Good connections and great service.

I work with them on a few clients and I have no complaints but compliments.

Really helpful and quick responsive service (per email only, but really good).

Connections work smoothly with any eCommerce I have worked with so far (Shopify, Magento, Lightspeed, WooCommerce).

WebwinkelKeur sanitizes its member reviews creating false picture

WebwinkelKeur sanitizes its online member shop and service provider reviews creating a false picture of trustworthiness with overinflated positive reviews.
I had filed a valid complaint about one of their providers and sent them extensive documentation about it. They still refused to keep my complaint posted purely based on a formality that a subcontractor of my provider would do the job. But the reality was that I only contracted with that provider not a subcontractor. My valid complaint was about a provider charging 4 1/2 times the true cost of shipping despite that it said it would honor the shipping costs posted in its calculator and at the site of the courier services which were way lower.
Webwinkelkeur made me decide at the time with their quality mark on one of their members their site to trust this provider while later it turned out they were completely untrustworthy.

Beste Peter, bedankt voor je review. Wij vinden het erg vervelend dat je niet tevreden bent met onze services. Je hebt een review geplaatst bij een bedrijf waar je geen dienst van hebt afgenomen maar een ''zusterbedrijf'' van deze firma. Volgens onze voorwaarden kun je alleen een beoordeling plaatsen over het bedrijf waar je daadwerkelijk hebt gekocht, of een dienst van hebt afgenomen. Dit vinden wij wel zo eerlijk en zo blijven de beoordelingen bij het bedrijf waar ze ook echt horen. Hopelijk kom je alsnog tot een oplossing met het bedrijf waarover je een klacht hebt.
