Thieves. Scammed me out of £80 since November of 2023. Liars and scoundrels.

I worked for We Care Recruitment Solutions during the coronavirus pandemic as front line staff in social care. It was a brilliant experience in every way. The support from the office team was professional. They offered me shifts with lots of variety and so I now have extensive work experience that I can offer future employers. I was supported by the office staff when I needed to negotiate with the senior staff in the care setting.
There were zoom team meetings run by We Care Recruitment Solutions that I attended, in addition to the team meetings at the care services that I was contracted to work at. The office team made extra efforts to get me longer-term work and also 'one off shifts' when I wanted them. I only stopped working for We Care Recruitment Solutions in the North East of England because I moved away to Scotland. The training arranged by We Care Recruitment Solutions cost me nothing and it was very good.

Great company, great staff and a great owner. The director has worked within health and social care for decades, worked her way up and gave herself to build what WeCare has become. She also provided me an opportunity to work in health and social care many years ago, and was always supportive. I now have my own health and social care business too so know the sacrifices she has made to build We Care. Anyone with a negative opinion of We Care Director is in my opinion, short sighted. The grass is not always greener

I have worked in the recruitment industry for a very long time now and have finally found a company that makes going to work a joy.

In an industry where you are absolutely expected to perform and meet targets as a standard part of your role, and every day is pressured and busy, I have been able to grow professionally in a short space of time due to the support of my team and my director. I am earning and achieving more than I ever anticipated I could and I am being provided with a high level professional qualification course at the expense of the company, and being given the time out of work to achieve that.
Management are approachable and understanding and support you to achieve. The office is filled with people who work hard and push themselves and each other to get results. We are a team and when one achieves we all achieve.
Its a great place to work and I have never yet have had a day where I've woken up and dreaded going to the office.

I have used We Care services in my previous 3 roles always professional and helpfull, quality well trained staff were provided and i can only presume by previous review this is a disgruntled employees attempt at sabotage, but the services quality and good reputaion speaks for its self as proved in that all north east authoritys and private sector use We care Bespoke and recruitment solutions my authority being one of them and we will continue to use them for there qulity and honesty
