Kalan from the West Bromwich store was amazing. Incredibly helpful and patient. I didn’t feel rushed at all. The quality of the dresses were fantastic and the prices good value. I went to try on and see what style suited me and fell in love with the first dress I tried on and said yes to the dress. Kalan shared that she was very new to her role but I would not have guessed, very professional and excellent at her job. A credit to the store.

Please don't buy from here. The quality of the dress was awful and the zip broke during my wedding breakfast.
I paid £999 for the dress and it was a loose fit so no excuse

In response to the reply below , I did contact their customer service email address on the site. They replied and did not comment on the points I raised but simply said to resend the email to another email address

I tried the dress on at the original fitting when I reported the dress was not as expected. I did not try it on when collected.
The zip lasted approx 3 hours so was not likely to go during a 10 min try on.

Visited the store in West Brom today to collect my dress and even though I was an awkward costumer, dawn was amazing and took care of my every need.
Highly recommend this place

Fantastic experience at WED4LESS, they helped us find all four bridesmaid dresses within an hour and then sorted the delivery for us to ensure they arrived before the wedding (even though we were a little late shopping). Special shout out to Dawn for her tireless efforts and continued support. The dresses are beautiful and exactly the colour we were hoping for. Thank you all!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Wed4Less bridal shop in Newcastle to search for my wedding dress. The experience was truly wonderful, largely due to the exceptional assistance I received. A consultant named Michela was unbelievably kind and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She possessed a remarkable ability to understand my vision and guided me to the perfect gown. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone seeking their dream wedding dress, especially if they have the opportunity to work with Michela.

Rebecca at the Stockport shop was amazing and put me completely at ease. I was so nervous but she was so nice, attentive and respectful. I bought my dream dress and feel so happy with the service I received.

Me, my mum and my mother in law-to be came to look at dresses and we were greeted in the best way by Dawn. We was absolutely great. She whisked my mother in law away and said "i have just the thing for you" found her the most gorgeous mother of the groom outfit, she looked truely amazing. I then found my dream dress a little later and she was so patient with me even when i asked to try on 2 dresses again just to make sure im happy. I did buy my dress and veil from here and my mother in law bought her outfit and accessories too. The experience is super lovely. Thank you to Dawn and all in wed4less west brom for a great time.

i would like to say a massive thank you to Dawn and Jade at wed 4 less Great Bridge. My daughter Charlie was so overwhelmed and they really took care of her.. Nothing was too much trouble and they made her feel like a princess.. From going in really upset to coming out feeling amazing and like a princess bride i cannot recommend them enough. we felt like part of their family.

I also had the pleasure of trying on one of their amazing mother of the bride outfits i felt like a queen. i will be coming back to try on more. their collection was fantastic and lots of sizes to try. colours and fabrics were fab. i really recommend you go and take a look.

Lovely shop, don’t need an appointment. Yes the staff were attentive and didn’t rush you. Angie served us and she was great. Nothing was too much trouble and we didn’t feel pressured at all. I chose a beautiful dress. Would definitely recommend a visit!

Bought my dress from the West Bromwich branch.
As I was on my own I felt a bit nervous about buying a dress.
The staff made me feel relaxed and welcome.
Very helpful with helping me try on 3 dresses within an hour I’d bought my dress felt very nice.
Great service 100% recommended.

Absolutely fantastic day wedding dress shopping here, would highly recommend for the comfortable feeling, no pressure to buy absolutely great staff. Dawn dealt with me and my sister was made to feel more than welcome, so Thankyou dawn and the other lady who helped. Was a pleasure shopping in your wedding shop. Bought a bridesmaid dress from the West Bromwich branch. Have heard so much good about this shop. We travelled 55 miles to get there. No appointment necessary, no appointment deposit, and we visited on a Sunday,when most bridal shops are closed. Everybody was so right about Wed4less, West Bromwich branch. So many bridesmaids dresses, so many choices,so many colours. We were served by Dawn, the manergeress. She was so down to earth. Really friendly and knowledgeable. No rush to browse the dresses and made you feel at ease. There was no hard sell and Dawn checked, many times, we were happy with our choice. It was lovely experience,vehicle making memories. Wed4less, West Bromwich also sell Wedding , Bridesmaid and Prom dresses. You really are spoilt for choice .
I would highly recommend the West Bromwich Wed4less outlet, you will not be disappointed.

I was able to walk in without an appointment at the newcastle store. Picked my perfect dress. The lady who assisted me was lovely and made the day a lovely experience. I ordered my dress new in store and only took 3 months to deliver. I would highly recommend wed4less

Really lovely staff at the Stockport branch who were amazing at helping me choose my wedding dress. I am currently 5 months pregnant and will be 7 months on the day, and the staff were super knowledgeable and patient. Will thoroughly recommend their services, in particular Rebecca who was so kind and made me feel at ease. Carol was also lovely, helping me pick out the ideal dress and size that would be most comfortable on my wedding day. Thank you!

My experience in the Stockport shop on 3 different occasions was fantastic. Both me and the bridesmaids had a great shopping experience but it all went downhill when I tried to get dress fabric swatches from the online site.

Customer services are not helpful and the experience has been upsetting.

I ordered 8 swatches, paying through their website as instructed. I recieved an email asking me to pay delivery charges but that was all sorted that out and I sat back and waited for the delivery.

There’s no tracking info, no email or delivery updates but eventually a neighbour turned up because 3 swatches had been delivered to the wrong address.

After regular chasing I’m told the 8 swatches I paid for are delivered but I haven’t got them and my requests for proof of delivery, replacements or a refund were ignored. When the shop did respond it was to send photo proof of delivery to the wrong house because the envelope was incorrectly addressed.

I can’t believe that the dress shopping experience is being overshadowed by the ordering of these £30 swatches where I feel disbelieved and concerned about what will happen if there is anything wrong with the actual dresses. I dread to imagine how helpful customer services will be if I need to query the proper order given their approach to trying to find a few cheap fabric samples

I have just returned home from the wed4less burton store, I was feeling quite nervous before entering as I’m a big girl and didn’t expect much choice. Kay met us at the door and from that first hello I knew I had picked the right place. Kay was so helpful. We picked about 10 dresses to start with and the 3rd one in, I just knew. As soon as Kay had finished doing my dress up at the back I was quite choked up with emotions. I just knew!! This was the one for me. That was it, I didn’t want to look at any others. So to anybody who’s looking for a special dress for a special day, no matter your size. Please go and give them a try. As Patsy would say “Absolutely Fabulous Darling” xx

We had a lovely consultant called Michela who helped me try on dresses and gave excellent advice. Was very happy with the service, we purchased 2 bridesmaid dresses and I said “yes to the dress” for my dress too. An experience made all the more lovely by Michela.

DO NOT SHOP AT WED4LESS Stockport.
I was a bridesmaid for a wedding and we ordered the dresses from wed4less in Stockport.
The service was a disgrace from the very start but given the fact that it was march and the wedding was only a few months away, we were stuck with only a couple of places to order from.
The store manager Debbie was exceptionally rude and in an indirect way fat shamed myself and the other bridesmaid.
We did the rush order on the dresses cause we needed them sooner than standard delivery.
We were advised that the dresses would be in by the 6th of July.
This didn’t happen. When we called the store we were told the dresses would be in soon.
The dresses never showed up until 10 days before the wedding which meant it was too late to get them altered. We had to buy new bridesmaids dresses online and hope for the best.
When we spoke to the shop they were so so unhelpful and told us to go through head office. We were told that Debbie the store manager would call us back multiple times which she never did.

The service has honestly been the worst I’ve ever received and I will tell anybody to never use wed4less as the amount of stress added to the wedding because of them was shocking!

Staff were so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Found my dream dress. Tried many more but went back to the first one. Was allowed to try it three times to be sure!!!! Gorgeous shop with lovely staff. Can’t recommend enough! xx

We visited the Halifax store to choose a wedding dress for our daughter and can only say what a fantastic experience we had. Zara was absolutely brilliant she was so friendly and helpful and was very proud of the store. Highly recommend this store.
