Edit: Just so anyone using this site is aware, the company will not delete an account under any circumstances. I'm pretty upset that I've been given the run-around for months on an issue that they will not do.
I have been asking for months to have my account deleted. I have filled out the online request 4 times now and have sent several emails. Tyson Yen replied and said he could not delete my account has been ignoring my questions and emails ever since. When any user requests their account to be deleted it is simply deactivated instead and if you ask them to delete it they won't respond. This is an extremely sketchy and unethical practice. No one should ever use this website because their privacy rights will be abused.
Edit to add response: I don't feel like my requests are being ignored, they ARE being ignored. I sent 5 emails in 3 weeks, none of which you responded to. But then I post a public review and suddenly you're responding within hours.

Weddingbee is SUPPOSED to be a forum for brides and brides to be but instead is littered with catty comments, constant complaints and negative responses. It hasn’t improved in the 3/4 years I’ve skimmed the site and only posted once just to be trolled by nit picky, pathetic comments followed by a quick deletion by myself as I learned my lesson to never do it again. Don’t bother ladies, other sites like Hitched have much more level headed communities with far less drama! Steer clear unless you want premature wedding blues!

If you don't want to deal with online bullying and harrassment, don't join this site.
Literally anything you post will end up with nasty comments

I just wanted to delete my account and comments on posts as I find the environment of weddingbee toxic and as others have stated hostile, but there is no way to do that!

I joined this site recently because I thought it would be fun and gain advice for some of my struggles. However, I was poorly mistaken. I had created a new account to speak about an issue I was having and I literally received some aggressive answers in the most rude way possible. They didn't call me names but many of the users came off rudely and obviously had no respect. I'm shocked. Most of the user base are grown women and they all act like mean, high school girls because they have the ability to stay anonymous on the site. Not only that, I've read other threads and I've seen users literally attacking the OP sometimes. It blows my mind and it's ridiculous. They all should be ashamed of themselves and some people should not even be on there. This isn't a supportive community for brides to gather around. It's a toxic one. I'm not planning on staying here any longer. Also, to the mods of the site, maybe you should manage it more to take care of this issue.

WB used to be a great site, until BalletParker became a moderator. She has zero reading comprehension and is beyond rude to everyone.
She belittles bees and lectures them when they aren't doing anything wrong, I called her out on it prior to knowing she was a moderator saying something along the lines of correcting her that OP was not asking for money just suggestions. Since then, she's been on the hunt for me, truly pathetic.
She closed my account saying we were making fun of someone's wedding and dress, totally not true. I sent an email to the help desk with screen shots and reported her after she closed my account.
It baffles me that such a website can allow one person to put them at such a legal risk. Her comments are inappropriate and come off as racist specially her post about the majority bees being conservative Trump supporters that are against immigration - when corrected by another bee that most are liberal she lashed out at her.
WB you're really putting yourself up for liabilities with this woman.
I will wait to see if they respond to my email, if not I will take it to the next level.
Balletparker even went as far to tell me I couldn't report her because she's the moderator. What an abuse of power.

This is a website to avoid for the same reasons most other reviewers have given. Bullying and nastiness and nothing done to stop it. The moderators themselves seem to be part of the clique that regularly post nasty, hateful comments but never seem to be reprimanded for it. They seem to encourage and applaud each other thinking they're oh so smart with their clever memes. New poster? You'll be called a troll. Have a big diamond, you'll get hate and spite from people accusing you of being awful and tacky and gaudy. Post helpful information about a certain site scamming people and your thread will be closed(even though other companies are bashed on a regular basis without proof being required) and when you challenge it you will be threatened with being banned. The mods seem to be part of this clique, they show incredible favoritism to the established nasties and do nothing to stop them. The mods seem to suffer the affliction of a sense of elitism, that they are some sort of Gods. No one is supposed to say anything about them or challenge them. They say to contact them, not post about them. But when you contact them they threaten to ban you, how dare you think they're wrong. IMO they need to be booted and get some proper mods in who aren't buddies with the bullies. Weddingbee seems to have responded to these other reviews with their regrets and apologies but I see no change.. I'm totally done with this site. Take heed y'all and do not join this horrible place.

I was surprised at how awful this site was. They cancelled my account for now reason, and there was online bullying.

Have continually requested account deletion with no luck. Personal safety in jeopardy. Horrible company.

Do NOT post in their forums. The people there are very rude and attack you. The people completely misunderstood what I had said and even when I clarified that they misunderstood it they still proceeded to call me names and bash on me. Then they called me bratty and to stop throwing a tantrum for defending myself against their accusations. They didn't care at all that it was a misunderstanding and what they were accusing me of was not at all what was happening. If I could give them zero stars I would. Very rude and disrespectful people on there. You will not find support or help, just people who feel the need to bash on you.

I joined this site thinking it would be fun. It was a total nightmare instead. First off, understand when you want to delete your account, they will refuse to do so even after several requests.they will then ignore your emails directly requesting to delete your account. They leave your account up and open and available to anyone who wants to harass you, including the Weddingbee bigwigs themselves. You are then restricted from changing your account info, email and also restricted from posting anything including a request to delete your acount. You will be ignored and treated like scum if you ever wish to delete your account on weddingbee.
I highly warn you to join with great caution, because if you want the freedom to delete your old account (let's say a crazy dangerous ex decides to harass and threaten you) Weddingbee will simply ignore you completely and you will have a huge headache to deal with.

They had a wide selection of beautiful and unique wedding invitations. The site was very user friendly and easy to navigate. We received our order when expected and everything was perfect. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.
