From the bottom of our hearts, we cannot thank Louise and Maxine enough for making our wedding day truly unforgettable. These two incredible women were not just our wedding planners, they became our rock, our calm in the storm, and our trusted guides throughout the entire process.

On our wedding day, Louise and Maxine brought such a sense of calm and composure that we were able to enjoy every moment without any worry. Many of our guests commented that it was one of the best-organised weddings they'd ever attended—one even described it as "seamless" with no waiting around. That praise, of course, is all thanks to Lou and Maxine’s hard work and flawless coordination.

But it wasn’t just about the day itself. Leading up to the wedding, they were always there to provide invaluable support, whether it was liaising with the venue, coordinating the suppliers, or just offering advice on the best choices for food and decor. No question was ever too much, and we were always met with quick, detailed responses. As a bride planning from over 1,000 km away, I never once felt stressed or as if anything was out of hand. It honestly felt like they were right there with us the whole time.

Louise and Maxine went above and beyond being wedding planners—they became our emotional support system. Whenever I had any nerves or doubts, they were there to listen, reassure, and help me through it. Their kindness and genuine care made all the difference, and I’m forever grateful for their presence.

Their professionalism is unparalleled, and it’s clear that they pour their hearts into what they do. Our wedding was absolutely breathtaking, and that’s all thanks to the love and dedication Louise and Maxine put into every detail.

If you’re planning a wedding in Spain, you absolutely need Louise and Maxine. They are experts at making everything run smoothly, especially in the warmer climate, ensuring that both you and your guests are comfortable and happy.

We genuinely can’t imagine having our wedding without them, and if we had to do it all over again, we’d choose them a million times over.

Living in Australia and coordinating / planning a wedding in Spain felt daunting however Louise and Maxine were with us every step of the way.
They have fantastic contacts that allowed us to have some of the best caterers which our guests absolutely raved about, they put us in touch with an incredible florist and stylist who brought my vision to life. No request was too big for Louise and Maxine. Being in Australia and having never visited the area we were getting married, they went above and beyond helping to book the Friday welcome drinks and recommending places for our day 2 event.
The day itself was seamless, it ran so smoothly and we had the best day ever! It was incredibly stress free and we were able to soak up every moment of our day which was magical.
All of our guests commented on how well the entire day flowed from welcome drinks through to the dancing.

I can’t imagine anything else they could have done to make our wedding any closer to perfect than it was. We worked with Maxine and Louise for more than a year and in that whole time I honestly can’t come up with a single complaint. Their connections and recommendations for vendors were extraordinary, and their knowledge and expertise on Spanish weddings are unmatched. It rained the morning of our wedding and the two of them bent over backwards working with vendors to make sure we and our guests had the perfect day! During the ceremony and reception they had the whole event running like clockwork, with contingency plans in place for anything that could potentially go wrong, they thought of everything. We had many guests (seriously, at least a dozen) tell us how much they loved our wedding coordinators. Once our wedding was over my wife and I were talking about what an amazing time we had but how sad we were to say goodbye to Louise and Maxine, they had become part of our daily lives and working with them was an absolute pleasure. I really can’t recommend this service enough, I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

We truly count all our lucky stars that we found Louise and her incredible team. We were as much in love with the idea of getting married in Spain as we were with each other. We had no idea there was so much more on offer than just Marbella as a perfect Spanish wedding venue. Getting introduced to Louise not only widened our choices and increased our knowledge, our Spanish vocabulary got bigger as we discovered all about fincas, cortijos, and truly wonderful refugios. If you are thinking of getting married in Spain, get these guys on board for a totally hassle free wedding day. They charge so very little yet take care as if you had paid them millions - proper VIP treatment, We LOVE you guys! Thank you!!!!!

Excellent Company, fantastic staff and the lady who owns it works harder than everyone making sure that all is perfect to the finest detail.
We had a most amazing wedding day and everything from flowers to photos, cars to canapes, it all was perfect and our 200 guests agreed - in fact even now 6 weeks after our wedding day we are still being told how much they enjoyed our big day. They keep telling us that they couldn't believe how calm we were - with so much going on and timings of everything so precise, and that incredible venue, backdrop, etc. That is what you get when you use probably the best wedding planner in town!
