Dishonest, manipulative, sleezy, and full of broken promises! Luring traders with lucrative rewards and bonuses but fail to fulfil their obligations. Their dishonest practices should be reported to higher authorities! Stay away from them. Every single tiny step is fully designed to damage you!

My account was frozen for “frequent / abnormal trading “ because I was selling my $RSC tokens which I deposited to the exchange and I had a lot to sell (up to 30,000 rsc tokens) but the max I could sell at a time on the platform was 2000 rsc - so I had to do this many times (at market rate not limit order). Now they froze my account and said I have to wait 14 days , this is for funds that I needed urgently . Also, $9000 usdt has been missing from my account in the past few days and I have sent so many mails to support and compliance but nobody will give me a direct answer , they just give scripted replies that don’t address the issue . The closest answer I got was that it’s a system action that occurs when your account is frozen for abnormal trading and the system will take all your bonuses or profits from bonuses . But the 9000 usdt that is missing is not a bonus or profit from bonus so I’m just hoping that when the restriction is lifted , it will be rectified (even tho I have asked them and they don’t reply but only give me scripted answers that don’t address my questions). This has been a nightmare

Terrible customer service takes at least 20 mins to talk to someone and there is always a wierd issue, when you set a Stop-loss you better set more than one because order NEVER gets fully filled so you cannot rely on the platform to trade. I reccomend bybit or mexc not this garbage platform

They promised the airdrop of 1000 USDT in exchange of registering and downloading the weex app.
I registered, downloaded.
I also shared the promo link with my friends and family.
They started the countdown 72 hours before releasing the airdrop.
When few hours has been left, weex cancelled airdrop.

They promise you 100 usdt for signing up, but you never get it. Had to argue for weeks with customer support (which is terrible too) and was only eligible for 10 usdt. Wouldn’t give me a reason why and still haven’t received the 10

I couldn't login my account 10-12 days due to mobile lost but when i tried to login in new mobile then my account was frozen after facing this problem i contact WEEX TEAM through chat boat and Email many times but there is no satisfactory response from them and till now I'm unable to login my account. Very bad experience, WEEX should not do like this with any user.

I am reporting WEEX Exchange for fraudulent, extortion-like behavior and serious privacy violations.

My account (UID: 9013472718, registered email: zainmalik011) has been fully KYC-verified under my legal name, Arslan Raza. Despite completing all verification months ago, WEEX has suddenly frozen my account, blocked my funds, and stopped my ability to trade or withdraw — without any legitimate reason.

They are now pressuring me with excessive and invasive demands for new “CDD/KYC” documents that go far beyond normal financial compliance. This includes:
- Multiple ID photos (front, back, and holding ID)
- A live video in both Chinese and English
- Proof of address, photos inside/outside my home, and my residential entrance
- Complete details of all devices and IP addresses I have ever used
- Detailed bank statements and full proof of funds

These requirements are **unnecessary, unrelated to my original verification, and abusive in nature**. This is an intimidation tactic designed to make users give up their funds, or to collect excessive personal data for purposes unrelated to trading.

I believe WEEX is engaging in:
- Financial fraud by holding user funds hostage without cause
- Extortion by demanding extreme personal and private information
- Privacy violations by requesting intrusive documents not required under normal AML/KYC regulations

This is a serious threat to user safety and privacy. I request Apple to urgently review this app, investigate its practices, and take immediate action to prevent further harm to other users.

Allowing such an app to operate on the App Store is enabling potential large-scale fraud and data abuse.

My experience with this site was bad, they are not trustworthy. It's so sad that after I deposited, I have never been paid for once. So ridiculous. I joined and invested with Good merit, and it really worth it. I have been paid constantly.

Bad customer service long wait for response. I have deleted my account. Glad I didn't put any money in. Stay away from WEEX

Weex is a scam. Pure fraud. They take all your positive pnl. Do not deal with these scammers!

I tried the platform for 2 days. I deposited 500$ and turned it to $900 on 2 trades..Then i got scammed, I clicked on copy trading and saw the first trader there has a return of 2,000% in 3 weeks and 97% success rate. I decide to test it out with $100. It gives the option of selecting how much you want to trade and I put 100 to test it. It immediately liquidated me for my entire account of $900.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding serious and repeated issues on your platform, specifically related to account freezing, suspicious liquidation events, and the lack of transparency in handling these matters.

Over recent weeks, my account has been frozen on multiple occasions—in each case, notably while my trading activity was profitable. This pattern appears highly questionable and undermines any trust I previously had in the platform. Not only have these freezes prevented access to my funds, but they also coincided with missed trading opportunities and market exits.

In addition, I have been liquidated at least twice under circumstances that were clearly incorrect. I reviewed the price charts post-event, and the liquidation levels do not even reflect actual price movement on your own charts. This suggests either a technical error on your side or possible manipulation, and it has resulted in the loss of funds that I believe were taken unfairly.

This type of behavior, account locks when trading is going well, and unjustified liquidations, makes it far too easy for Weex to profit from user losses while avoiding any accountability. I demand:

1. A full and detailed explanation for the repeated account freezes, including timestamps and justification.

2. Immediate restoration of account access, and compensation for losses incurred due to wrongful freezes and/or liquidation.

All of the sudden this guys was lime you need to transfer your asset from spot to spot pro and at the end of fhw day the coin I bought on spot didn't show up on spot pro. Now I contacted their ai support and they are asking for my uid, Gmail and phone number before I could be directed to human support

I Signed Up Under the Jayson Casper link. At first was I was approved and issued the 100USDT (I have screen shots). Asked when to expect it to show in my balance. I was told 1 to 2 days. So, I gave it time to be kind. Then when l log in they stole the issues money. and decided they wanted to say I was some how ineligible Even though they already had approved and issued it. This is a clear Chinese scam company. They will claim you have multiple accounts when you challenge it, then when you say no that is not true and that now Weex needs to provide evidence that will leave you hanging saying they are taking it higher. Taking as long as possible and hoping you leave. When you don't they pot that they will shut down the chat. So, it seems, then when you don't leave the chat, someone will still be there. They do everything to get you to leave. Say things like check back in a few hours. Run around over and over. repeating the same thing over and over. Yes they are a scam. I am a mom of 4 daughter. I trusted that Jayson Casper vetted them but I think he oopsed on this one. He is a good person but Weex are not good people.

After being accused of a fraudulent transaction, had to pay more money into releasing funds.
The after they said I had another suspicious deposit, and want another £4k.
Don't trust them, scams.

Completely SCAM! do not sign up, they promise to give you 100USDT but they dont give, I'm contacting the CS for a week and they keep saying "wait more 24h to 48hras" its been more than a week that I'm complaining everyday and is always the same thing.

They were good initially, but once I started to make money, I was accused of suspicious activity and market manipulation, when I have nowhere near enough funds to manipulate markets! I got lucky on a high levelerage multiplier and they stole almost $120,000 from me. They do this often based on other reviews on reddit.
