Brought bread that molded in less than a week. Paid $6 for it. I called customer service and was told sorry, no refunds on a perishable item. I will never buy bread from Wegmans again, unless I plan to eat it the same day!

No Customer service for disabled

Customer service Manager Beka (?) and other managers in the past when brought to their attention defend non disabled staff using handicapp stall with major attitude when I bring it to their attention. Sign on stall says family room or disabled. Doesn’t say staff. They just lost me and my family as customers and saved me a ton of money bc they are much more expensive than other grocery stores. Thanks Wegmans.

Straight bias I have an EBT card so I accidentally try to buy hot food until they told I couldn’t with my EBT .. fine I went back and got cold food so once I went up to the register it was a short Spanish looking girl with glasses she ran all my stuff up and just looked at me with out bagging it I look at here and said Y aren’t Yiu bagging it she just looked at me with an attitude don’t even answer me so I walked offf and told a security guy or rather one of the flutes that pays attention to the line “he totally ignored me!! So I went to another manger she heard me out but didn’t not do anything !! Reason for my complaint is the people at wegmans cater to people with money I’m only waiting this cause of the last experience I had I’ve been to wegmans plenty of times and this is the first time that this happen and it’s the wegmans on Broadway near ASTOR PLACE !

Produce goes downhill…

I usually buy my produce at Wegmans because it has generally been a decent quality but lately it’s been going downhill culminating with the purchase of these mushrooms on Friday and on Saturday, they are brown and mottled and slimy. If it didn’t cost more in gas for me to take them back then the price of the mushrooms I would definitely return them. I also purchased strawberries that were moldy the next day.I’m going to think twice about buying produce from Wegmans anymore.

I can’t say enough wonderful things…

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Wegmans and employees who work here. No matter if I shop in Mt Laurel or Cherry Hill my questions are always answered. Just today I was looking for Rhubarb. I approached Norman who I have asked for help from him before. He went in the back at a very busy time and checked but there was none left. He didn’t have to do that, he then went on to tell me to come back as there will be more. He made my day!

Unacceptable online charges.

I placed an online order for pick up. After receiving my receipt, I noticed I was overcharged. I sent two emails and never received a response. I drove to the store and spoke to the catering dept and was told they add 15% to every item because they shop for the customer. Plus they add 20 cents for every paper bag they use. I can see adding 15% to the whole order for but each item??That's unacceptable. I don't even remember seeing that disclosed in their website. Will never shop online at Wegmans.

Customer Care is anything but that

Customer Care is anything but that. I had ordered groceries online for delivery. Address was correctly on the delivery instructions. Delivered to wrong apartment building. Driver offered to turn around and redeliver but God forbid you try to be nice and say no thank you and just ask for where they were delivered. I went there and no groceries. Customer Care didn't offer a refund or a reorder.

Changed the Almond Butter

I don't have any concerns or problems with the employees they are always helpful. I find that their produce is horrible or it rots within days or purchase. I purchase their organic almond butter, the only ingredient is Almonds, now they changed it and it now has Palm Oil (horrible not healthy) sugar (again, not healthy). I will no longer be purchasing this product any longer from Wegmans. Please stop changing items. I guess people complained about stirring the oil into the butter, too bad. Pure almond butter is healthier than adding all the crap ...

Wegmans needs new owner CEO

Its been going down hill way before covid when Danny Wegman took over the business from his father and CEO
The store is so expensive, products way over priced, seeing way less main brands every time you go in the store which I stopped going.
I went to pick up their brand of orange juice the last time I was there to see what is called "shrinkage"by companies instead of raiding prices they lower the quantity, size etc and keep the same price.

Not so with Danny boy and his 4 million ferrarri ,not only did the orange juice get reduced in size from 59oz to 52oz but also increased the price .50 Wegmans is not the store it was in the past whos to blame Danny Wegman,he cant even drive his 4 mil ferrarri because he doesnt know how to! This was at the pittsford wegmans years back and witnessed he asked for help backing up

Tops is a junk store also ripping people off on their prices for deck aids

Greed 101 in Montvale Wegmans

You ask for a date and I am there so much that you can just pick any date. As for being a grocery store, I think they rank among the best in having mostly high quality inventory and it is mostly orderly arranged. The question is at what price? On a few items they beat Shoprite and Walmart grocery for brand name items. But I am mostly a meat eater and during the holidays their Ribeye went from 14.99lb to 19.99lb. That is not even grass fed beef. When I tried to find some disaster in the beef industry, there was none to explain the $5 jump. Stew Leonards while always more expensive in Ribeye, didn't raise their price $5. Wegmans simply did it because they can. And so their 4 packs (club pack) of Ribeye just still sits there. So now if you go to buy the cheaper cut of Chuck roast steak (which they use several different creative terminologies for), on January 2 I bought 3 separate small packages @ $7.99lb. I again went in there on January 25th for a few other items and to see if they had these on the shelf again...and they did...@ 10.99lb! Outrageous. A $3 increase. They do this because they micromanage demand...since a lot of Ribeye was still sitting there and many smart consumers know how good Chuck can actually be with a little extra preparation. So I wound up buying a couple of nice Chuck Roasts cut to the same size from Shoprite @ $5.99lb. Perfectly delicious! There are some things, too many to itemize in this review, that they rob you on...and yet there are some very good prices on Helman's and Gerolsteiner and BelGioioso Ricotta. Quality Bacon and certain cuts of pork are usually very favorably priced too. Of course this helps draw you in to save $0.75 on an item here and an item there. But the best thing the consumer can do is not pay this kings ransom, since Wegmans is also very greedy. And let the perishable products rot on the shelf when they jack the price up like a company of thieves. BTW...I have also been to the Wegmans in Harrison, Westchester County NY and they charge even more for the same item I buy in their Montvale, NJ store. I guess they kindly estimate the income of the local residents before taking them to the cleaners. And I must travel 20 miles X 2 to go to Wegmans Montvale so I can only go when I am traveling to or from work! Then I just stop in to give them my paycheck.

Wegman is one of the ABSOLUTE WORST grocery stores. I paid an item with my credit card and I had not touched it and they would not take it back!!! The Store Manager asked me to call Corporate and Corporate bounced me back to the Store! This store is NO GOOD. They only care about their profits and not their customers.

Poor choice of employment

Wegmans should give people more of a chance to apply for a job then a phone call and a list of questions read by one person. Meet in person first. I won't be a customer in this store anymore. Prejudice is not cool
