I have been scammed. Ordered one box of the coffee booster at £17.99 but was charged £105. Hadn’t received an order confirmation but immediately sent an email to cancel my order. Customer service is shocking. Firstly they couldn’t locate my order but then they did but instead of cancelling immediately as per my request, they kept asking other questions. Long waiting times for a response and when they eventually respond, they are unable to cancel because the order has been shipped. So my order is for 3 boxes x2, don’t know how that was possible, when I thought I was only ordering one box. I have demanded a refund but not sure if and when I will be getting my money back. This is money that I cannot afford to loose. Avoid this company

I am posting this review as requested by my best friend who had just started using this product and within the first 4 weeks was diagnosed with stage 4 Prostate cancer. He strongly believes that this product accelerated his Cancer and he wants to notify others about its dangers.
Also, I am an independent product researcher for the State of California and this product does contain many of the ingredients that have been traced back to causing Cancers of many types.
If you value your health, DO NOT use this product.

I ordered 3 boxes of coffee boost advertised for £17.99 as a one off purchase. But they charged me 2 payments of £57.92 and £47.97 immediately via paypal, which i did not authorise. I tried to cancel the order straight away but they ignored my requests. I tried to get the money back via paypal but they were not interested in helping me. Ive been scammed out of £101.00 for a £17.99 purchase! Wellaray are scammer merchants! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I never received my refund they sent out orders i never ordered so now i have to send them back to china what a bad company i ordered i coffee and it cost me 72 pounds the error was at their end

Like some others have stated in their reviews, I feel scammed. I just wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I thought I was buying 3 boxes for £17.99 and ended up getting charged £53. I IMMEDIATELY contacted the company by email and was told they could cancel or send one or 2 boxes and get refund of the rest so I said to just send one box and refund me the rest of the money. Then a bit later on, another email came in from the same person saying they couldn't cancel as it's already been shipped! I don't believe this would happen this quickly!!!!! I know it was £17.99 a box when I went back and read the ad but it's very misleading to say the least as it's in BIG writing (with little writing stating per box). I will be sending all of this back once I receive them. But now, I'm very much out of pocket. If my FULL refund is not in my bank by 3-5 working days, I will be taking this further. I will not shop with this company again.

The product details were informative and help me decide on purchasing ! Competitive comparisons would have been appreciated! Extra sales pitches when trying to complete the transaction was not appreciated! Very fast processing and shipping of product! Error in address processing could not be amended even though I advised immediately! Overall I am pleased I purchased and hopeful I will receive and be able to try this product!
